The development of steel enterprises is one of the important indicators to measure the level of economic development in a country.However,due to the high cost of raw material procurement,the low efficiency of storage,and the imperfect management of steel enterprises in China,so the overall efficiency of the steel industry is low.In order to solve above problems,the procurement of special steel raw materials are given in details and in-depth.Simultaneously,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis algorithms,the fireworks algorithm is selected as the basic algorithm to solve the problem in this thesis.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm has an obvious optimization effect on this problem.The two aspects of raw material procurement costs and procurement storage scheduling are studied by the detailed analysis of the procurement of special steel raw materials.Firstly,a purchasing cost model of raw materials is established to minimize the purchasing cost from the perspective of price fluctuation.Combining with the structure of the model and the characteristics of the problem,an improved firework algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.The algorithm uses Lévy flight search operator and inertia weight to improve its particle renewal method,and its performance was tested by using the international test function.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has the advantages of fast convergence and good search performance.Secondly,starting from the perspective of vehicle allocation,a procurement scheduling model for raw material procurement with the goal of minimizing vehicle unloading time and warehouse operating cost is established.Based on the analysis of the problem,an improved enhanced firework algorithm is designed,while the test function is used to compare the performance of the improved enhanced fireworks algorithm and the improved fireworks algorithm.The test verifies that the improved enhanced fireworks algorithm which the effect of optimization is more pronounced on the issue is used in raw material purchase and warehouse scheduling.Finally,with reference to the actual operation of an Iron and Steel Enterprise in Hebei Province,the actual work data is processed using the algorithm proposed in this thesis.The results are compared with the results of other algorithms,verifying the accuracy of the model and improving the efficiency of the algorithm.In order to enable the research results to better solve practical problems and combine the actual operational requirements of the enterprise,an iron and steel enterprise procurement management system with the B/S model as the system architecture is designed and implemented.At the same time,the relationship and functions of the procurement work flow,database tables,and functions are designed and implemented.The control system is described through the display of the core function interface in the end.
