The production craft of small and medium-sized rural waterworks mostly stays at the stage of manual management,and there are some problems such as unstable water quality and large workload of operators.After the tap water is discharged from the factory,it is transported by pipelines to rural areas for use.Because the distribution of rural pipelines is complex and pipelines are out of repair for a long time,it causes the pipeline leakage and pollution of water.As a result,the quality of industrial water in rural areas and water environment for civil use can not be guaranteed.Based on the current situation of rural water environment,the water environment monitoring system based on the NB-IoT module is designed to realize the automatic management of water affairs in rural waterworks and real-time monitoring of water quality indicators at outlet water and pipe network terminals.It improves the level of intelligent management of the rural water environment and ensures the safety of water quality.The water environment monitoring system is divided into three subsystems,the water quality automatic monitoring and control subsystem,regional water environment monitoring intelligent terminal nodes and the remote monitoring and control platform.The water quality automatic monitoring and control subsystem mainly solves the problems of automatic management of rural waterworks.With the turbidity and chlorine dioxide concentration as the main controlled plan,the control algorithm based on the feedforward controller was studied,and an automatic control system was designed for the level of the water pool.Regional water environment monitoring intelligent terminal nodes are studied to monitor the water environment quality in the area of pipeline network,locate the area of water environmental pollution,and carry out timely pipeline maintenance.This subsystem mainly solves the problems of low power consumption and reliable remote data transmission.It can locate and alarm in areas where water quality is not up to standard or abrupt change.The remote monitoring and control platform which is designed based on SpringBoot and MyBatis to build B/S network architecture realizes the functions such as the management of users,real-time viewing of water environment monitoring data,the statistical analysis of data and sending control instructions to the hardware through the network.The main contents of each chapter of this paper are as follows: The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the origin and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the difficulties and key points of the topic and the organizational structure of the paper.In the second chapter,the overall design scheme of water environment monitoring system based on NB-IoT module is introduced.Through the analysis of the design objectives of the project,the overall system architecture design is completed.In the third chapter,the hardware design of the water quality automatic monitoring and control subsystem and regional water environment monitoring intelligent terminal nodes is introduced.In the fourth chapter,the design contents of the key technologies of the system are introduced in detail,including the design of reliable data transmission,the design of control scheme in the water quality automatic monitoring and control subsystem,and the design of low power consumption in regional water environment monitoring intelligent terminal nodes.Chapter 5 mainly introduces the design of remote measurement and control platform.Through the web browser,the function of user login and registration,real-time data viewing,data statistics and analysis,anomal data self-diagnosis and remote control command issuance are realized.Chapter 6 is the debugging and operation of the system.It mainly introduces the operation of the water environment monitoring system based on NB-IoT module,the problems in the testing process and the corresponding solutions.The system has been put into use in Anhui Quanjiao Fuan Waterwork since December 2018 for 4 months.The system works steadily and meets the design requirements of the waterworks.
