Saving energy consumption is an eternal topic for human beings to learn to use energy.When optimizing and improving equipment,more energy consumption will usually be added.It is also an important task to improve equipment performance and require equipment to have longer service time.In the field of measurement while drilling(MWD)in petroleum exploration,in practical application,175℃ high temperature electromagnetic MWD instrument faces the problems of long transmission distance,significant temperature rise and attenuation of battery efficiency,which directly affects the effective working time of the instrument.Controlling the power consumption of the instrument itself is an effective method to improve the working time of the instrument.This topic adopts the mode of working condition monitoring to save the power consumption of the instrument.Working condition monitoring is mainly to judge the drilling state in the process of drilling while drilling,reasonably optimize the working frequency of high-power transmitting unit according to different working states,and then determine the transmission frequency and transmission type of data frame,so as to reduce the energy consumption of drilling while instruments.In this thesis,the vibration information collected by the downhole probe pipe is analyzed in the frequency domain to obtain the vibration law under different working conditions,and combined with the relevant drilling parameters such as flow switch flow,ROP and WOB,the working condition judgment process is combed according to the above information.The whole set of instrument firmware is improved on the original electromagnetic wave while drilling instrument platform based on 150℃,and the new firmware is transplanted to tms470 platform based on TI company.The whole set of firmware is composed of μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system is scheduled for operation,so it is also necessary to μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system is adapted to the new tms470 platform,mainly for three files related to the processor: OS_CPU.H(define CPU data type and related macros),OS_CPU_A.ASM(hardware related code written in assembly programing language)and OS_CPU_C.C(hardware related code written in C programing language)to modify and upgrade.The verification shows that this method can effectively improve the drilling efficiency of downhole electromagnetic while drilling instrument,reduce the energy consumption of electromagnetic while drilling instrument,and increase the theoretical drilling time by nearly 140%,which provides a new solution for the power consumption management of downhole instrument.
