With the advent of the new industrial revolution era,the Chinese government has clearly proposed to integrate the Internet + double creation + manufacturing in China2025,especially in the industrial and manufacturing fields,set off industrial innovation,actively transform development ideas,and expand new ways of technological transformation and product creation.As a traditional industry in our country,aluminum industry is in urgent need of transformation and development.The problems of higher market supply than demand,increased operating costs,increased international trade friction,and industrial chain competitiveness need to be solved.In order to deal with complex and changeable domestic and foreign markets,the transformation of enterprise strategy has become a task that many enterprises must face.WS Aluminum,a large-scale listed company,needs to continuously improve corporate efficiency,reduce energy consumption,establish green environmental protection advantages as soon as possible,and combine green environmental protection with the overall development strategy of the company as a corporate center strategy under the new era.At present,WS aluminum’s organizational structure can not meet the needs of business development.The traditional structure has seriously affected the company’s strategic development.Therefore,it is necessary to build an organizational structure that is compatible with WS aluminum to guide the company to a virtuous circle.the organization structure and organization operation of WS Aluminum Company have caused certain problems,focusing on institutional norms,remuneration assessment,responsibilities and responsibilities,and departmental coordination;WS Aluminum must adjust its existing organizational structure in response to a change in its corporate strategy.In order to cope with the transformation of corporate communication,this paper studies the organizational structure of WS aluminum through case analysis,investigation and interview,and literature research,and discusses in detail the tasks and general ideas of WS aluminum’s organizational structure redesign.We will thoroughly analyze WS aluminum’s new organizational structure plan,evaluation of organizational structure,and safeguard measures for organizational structure redesign,and propose that WS aluminum companies formulate organizational development plans according to the organizational design ideas for corporate business processes in accordance with the requirements of corporate strategic development.We will promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises. |
