| The deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology have led to increasingly fierce competition in the oil industry.Strategic talent training as an important part of the competition in the human resources of the petroleum industry has become an important part of the long-term strategic layout of enterprises.The concept of strategic talent training has gone beyond the scope of human cost management and has become a major decision concerning the investment in human resources and strategic layout of enterprises.Systematic and scientific training of strategic personnel will have an extremely important impact on the long-term development of the enterprise.This article mainly studies the following four aspects: First,this paper studies the related theory of strategic talent training and the research status at home and abroad.Second,the paper analyzes the existing problems of personnel training in No.2 Oil Production Plant,mainly because the understanding of strategic training and strategic talents is not clear,the training effect is not satisfactory,the lack of scientific training system and good training environment,the single training mode and training needs Lack of motivation.Thirdly,based on the problems,this paper puts forward strategies to enhance the effectiveness of strategic personnel training.on the basis of management knowledge,daily operations,leadership training and technical training,the diversified training system and the organized training team and other measures are put forward to achieve an overall improvement of strategic personnel training mechanism of the Second Oil Production Plant.Finally,here give full protection to the establishment of learning organization,career planning assistance,promotion of personnel training linkage and personnel training and protection platform,and to put forward scientific measures to establish a reasonable talent training mechanism to promote enterprises to carry out a reasonable strategic layout of personnel and achieve Long-term development. |
