Research On S Group Capital Management Benefit Evaluation

In the context of international economic integration,with the continuous expansion of the development level,scale and operation area of enterprise groups,the management and use cost of their funds are also facing this new challenge.S Group is a large state-owned group in the energy industry.The focus of its management has always been fund management.In 2014,the centralized fund management system of S Group was put on line in an all-round way.On the premise of the centralized fund management system being put on line in an all-round way,the fund operation system remained in harmony.As far as the current situation is concerned,the new fund management model has made some progress,but there are still many deficiencies that can not be ignored.Because of these shortcomings,the management efficiency of the new fund management model is obviously lower than expected,so the fund management model needs to be further improved.Nowadays,there are few studies on the optimization and improvement of fund management mode in China.Therefore,this paper takes the improvement of fund management model as the research object,hoping to contribute to it.The research object of this paper is S Group Enterprise,which evaluates the operation framework of centralized management of group funds from the perspective of fund management.In this paper,the author uses the theory of transaction cost and internal capital market to study the fund management mode of S Group from four aspects: security,profitability,liquidity and growth of fund management by AHP and efficiency coefficient method,and makes a thorough analysis and discussion on the problems and causes of the centralized fund management of S Group.on the basis of the above analysis,and puts forward the following proposals: strengthening the risk management architecture based on risk capital management,to improve the efficiency of the use of funds,strengthening of the entire process,capital centralized management,these three aspects of optimization,s group pen in the fund’s management can be improved.Its perfect process and method can also be used for reference by other large enterprise groups.
