With the increasing mechanization of coal mining,the problem of dust hazard in coal mines is becoming more and more prominent.The dust control measures in driving face can not meet the requirements of dust control in driving face.Dust in driving face keeps high all year round,which not only endangers the physical and mental health of workers and workers,but also causes pneumoconiosis,and may cause coal dust explosion,resulting in major mine disaster accidents.In order to reduce the physical and mental hazards of dust on workers,reduce the economic losses caused by dust on coal mines,and ensure the safety of production in coal mines,based on the atmospheric pressure wind curtain dust control technology,this paper proposes to design a high pressure wind curtain dust control and ejection wet dust control system to achieve the purpose of dust control in driving face.This paper comprehensively analyses the present research status of dust control technology and wind curtain dust control technology in coal mine heading face,analyses the dust source,dust production characteristics and distribution in coal driving face,and according to the existing problems of dust control measures in coal driving face.Based on the atmospheric air curtain dust control device,the air curtain dust control device was designed and optimized.The optimum combination of factors affecting the performance of the high-pressure air curtain dust control device was found through orthogonal test.The effects of the flow rate and pressure of the high-pressure air source and the width of the jet outlet on the performance of the air curtain dust control device were analyzed by single factor test.Orthogonal test proves that the optimal combination of the performance of high-pressure air curtain dust control device is0.43m~3/s,0.6MPa and 10mm jet outlet width;single factor test proves that the jet outlet velocity of high-pressure air curtain dust control device increases with the increase of gas source flow rate and pressure,increases first and then decreases with the increase of jet outlet width;and creatively designs the wet ejector according to the ejection principle.Dust removal device,ejection wet dust removal device uses high-pressure air duct to provide air source,without adding any external power facilities,to solve a major problem of driving face power.According to the fact that the existing dust generating devices in the laboratory can not meet the requirement of studying the characteristics and movement of dust,an XKMM dust generating device with spiral rotary dust feeding is designed creatively.Finally,through the field simulation test,it is proved that the dust concentration at the driver’s place and the air outlet of the ejector dedusting device is greatly reduced after using the device designed in this paper.The dust removal efficiency is basically above 80%,and the maximum can reach 93.7%.It improves obviously the working environment of rock roadway driving,and provides a new way for dust prevention and control in driving face.The thesis has 52 pictures,12 tables and 73 references.
