Export cross-border e-commerce is the product of the growing development of information technology.A large number of small and medium-sized enterprises comply with the trend of the times,seize the development opportunities of cross-border e-commerce,and integrate into the international industrial chain.Subsequently,the requirements for information content are more comprehensive and professional.Therefore,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the information needs of the export of cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises,study the information content needed by the export of cross-border e-commerce enterprises of Baigou luggage enterprises,and the obstacles in the process of obtaining and using the information,and put forward corresponding suggestions to help the export of cross-border e-commerce enterprises of Baigou luggage enterprises better adapt to the market demand and improve the export of cross-border e-commerce enterprises of Baigou luggage enterprises The market reaction capacity of border e-commerce enterprises will increase the transaction volume of export of Baigou luggage enterprises to cross-border e-commerce,and promote the development and growth of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.In this paper,the first-hand information about the information demand of export cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises is obtained by using interview method.According to Wilson’s information demand model,Vicky s-c-r model,information movement model and other theories as well as the existing related literature,the interview outline is designed,and four main dimensions of the interview outline are determined:information content,information acquisition,information utilization,basic information of the interviewee.According to the business scale and operation period of the enterprise,ten enterprises with different scales were selected under the recommendation of Baigou luggage industry association and Alibaba international station,and the field visits were mainly for exploratory research and formal research.Among them,the exploratory research is to interview four interview samples to understand their information content,information access channels and information utilization effect.Through the content analysis method to analyze the interview results,extract the key words of the interview text,and conceptualize it.Thispaper summarizes the current framework of the information content required by the export of cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises,and analyzes the information channels and utilization,so as to prepare for the formal research.Formal research is an in-depth interview with ten interview samples to understand the urgency of information content demand,the importance of information access channels,the effect of information access,the barriers to information access and use.The results show that the most urgent information for the export of cross-border e-commerce is the industry and market trend information and talent information.Baigou luggage enterprises export cross-border e-commerce information access channel to the traditional information access channel,is changing to the Internet information access channel.Enterprises are faced with the obstacles of obtaining information,such as the single channel of obtaining information,the lack of experience in obtaining information,the weak ability of information recognition,etc.,as well as the obstacles of using information,such as the complex operation of the platform,the lack of information analysis ability,and the incomplete information content.After investigating the information demand of the export cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises,aiming at the information content of the export cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises and the obstacles of obtaining and using the information,this paper puts forward the suggestions to meet the information demand of the export cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises from the perspectives of enterprises,government and the third-party service organization respectively.The enterprises should be flexible in many ways Cultivate and introduce the required talents,and take diversified channels and ways to obtain information.Information service institutions should meet the information needs and provide more accurate characteristic information services.The government should strengthen policy support,carry out publicity and guidance,establish and improve the information communication mechanism of co construction and sharing,and promote the development and growth of the export cross-border e-commerce of Baigou luggage enterprises.
