Study On The Fitness Of The Men’s Jeans Pattern For Special Body

With the changes in people’s eating habits and differences in lifestyles in modern society,the body shape is also changing.People with special body types are increasing day by day.Many of the clothing on the market are mostly based on standard body shapes and push plates,which is lacking fit for special body.In addition,there are many kinds of special body types,and the special signs of different individuals are not the same.Even if the clothing made for a certain special sign is still not suitable for the individual.This article focuses on different personalized signs of a particular body type,and researches a method of making a jeans pattern that can be suitable for people with different signs.The main research includes three-dimensional human body data acquisition,construction of personalized downloading digital platform,the surface of the digital table is flattened,flatten the piece of jeans pattern,denim fabric performance experiment,modification of jeans model based on fabric performance.It mainly includes the following aspects of research content and results.(1)Construction of a digital human mannequin with a special shapeUsing non-contact 3D scanning equipment,special point cloud data was acquired,and the point cloud data was processed for noise reduction,streamlining and surface optimization.In Geomagic studio,special features were created to obtain the characteristic parameters.In the environment of Torso 3D software CreacompoⅡ,the human body sign information is used to construct a digital human mannequin.(2)The creation of jeans pattern based on the flattening of human body surfaceOn the basis of the completion of the construction of the digital human mannequin,the surface fitting of the wire frame during the mannequin construction is used to flatten the surface,and 16 two-dimensional vector graphics are obtained.The flattened image is virtually fitted and the flattened film is printed.Stitch on the real try-on to verify the rationality of the flattened surface and model construction.According to the characteristics of men’s jeans style,the establishment rules of jeans pattern based on the flattened film of human body surface were explored,and the virtual fitting of the generated jeans model was studied.(3)Tensile performance experiment of denim fabric and fit-up research on jeans patternIn this paper,the tensile properties of the denim fabric were tested,and the regression model of the basic tensile properties of the fabric and the stretch rate at a certain angle was studied.The calculation method for adapting the tensile properties of the model to the denim is given,and the effectiveness of jeans production is verified based on the standard tapered profile jeans model studied in this paper.(4)Comparison of different plate making methods for men’s jeansBased on the same human body data characteristics and style characteristics,different customization methods are used: plane ratio drawing method and personalized customized enterprise plate making method.Combined with the pattern making method in this article,the pattern was made and analyzed by means of virtual fitting and real human fitting.This article is based on the construction of personalized digital human mannequin and the flattening of jeans,which can be customized for different special groups.The research on the performance of denim fabric can make the jeans pattern more fit.It has a certain application significance for the fitting of the men’s jeans pattern for special body.
