Research On Improvement Of Injection-Production Process Management Of The Well Group Of A Oil Production Plant

After entering the late high water-cut production stage,the oilfield’s liquid-oil ratio increases rapidly and the liquid production rises sharply,causing obviously increased workload and costs from measures in order to maintain stable production of the oilfield.During early stage,driven by benefits of high oil prices,relying on resource advantages,oilfield enterprises tend to employ mass production and development while overlooking the problems of rising development costs and increasing inefficient input.In recent years,international oil prices have fallen all the way down rapidly,leaving substantial impact on each business section of oilfields.From the perspective of output benefits,the oil-gas fields with relatively high costs no longer have development value.Under the influence of many unfavorable factors,the difficulty of oilfield exploration and development continues to increase and the contradiction between output and input becomes more and more salient with each passing day.Under such circumstance,it is necessary to put quality improvement and efficiency enhancing in a more prominent strategic position.How to adjust the development and deployment of production project,how to achieve a refined and professional process,and to truly realize high-quality and efficient growth--these have become the problems to be solved urgently for oilfield enterprises.On the theoretical basis of BPI(Business Process Improvement),with risk assessment theory as reference,the author summarized the risk assessment management of ground facilities for well group injection and production in this paper through analysis on its process and the integration environment of its production data.On such basis,the author completed the study on the itemized process management improvement of well group injection and production.Starting with the overall deployment of well group injection and production and development,analysis of current management over well pattern of the oil production system,ground oil-gathering pipeline network,facilities and equipment investment demands approval,well group injection and production process accountability and other aspects,the author first introduced the basic information about well group’s injection and production process and specifically analyzed the management status and problems of injection and production process of A oil production plant’s well group;secondly,targeting the management demands from injection and production process of A oil production plant’s well group,developing both horizontally(injection-production process)and vertically(risk evaluation of ground facilities),the author elaborated the ideas about the improvement of injection and production process management.Finally,commencing with overview of the practice of improvement to the management of injection and production process of A oil production plant’s well group,the author analyzed its safeguard measures and practical effects through production performance evaluation,resources allocation optimization,data support informationization and other perspectives respectively.
