Study On The Transformation Model And Comprehensive Benefits Of Coal Mining Subsidence Area In Xuzhou Pan’an Lake

Although coal mining has made a tremendous contribution to China’s economic development,on account of long-term high-intensity and unreasonable mining methods,it has caused a series of problems such as the collapse of large areas of land,the deterioration of the ecological environment,the decline in the quality of life of residents,and the emergence of social contradictions.Therefore,how to comprehensively manage and develop coal mining subsidence areas has become an urgent problem to be solved imminently.The comprehensive benefit evaluation of the coal mining subsidence area aims to evaluate the effects of the transformation and development of the subsidence area.In addition,its main purpose is to understand to what extent the governance and transformation development of the coal subsidence area has reached and whether it is in line with expectations and find out the current deficiencies.Thus it can make the coal mining subsidence area reach the maximum economic,social and ecological benefits after the transformation.Above all,this paper elaborates the research status of the development of coal mining subsidence area at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant concepts and transformation theories of coal mining subsidence area.Secondly,it analyzes the formation and evolution of the Pan’an Lake coal mining subsidence area and proposes the Pan’an Lake EIS(Ecology Industry Society)transformation model.From the perspectives of ecological transformation,industrial transformation,and social transformation,a comprehensive analysis is made of the transformation model adopted by the Pan’an Lake area.Based on this model,Pan’an Lake coal mining subsidence area has successfully realized transformation and development,and formed a set of transformation models which can be used for reference and promotion.Thirdly,from the perspective of micro subjects,the paper analyzes the participation and role of enterprises and financial institutions in the whole process of transformation and development of the collapsed area.It is pointed out that enterprises have insufficient participation in the financing process.Under the background of green development,from the perspective of social responsibility,enterprises participate in the process of economic green transformation is also an important way of their own green transformation.Then,based on the methods of questionnaire and interview,a preliminary analysis of the comprehensive benefits was conducted from a social and public perspective.Furthermore,from the perspective of actual economy,the author analyzes the main contents and indicators of comprehensive evaluation of coal mining subsidence area.On the basis of previous analysis,a comprehensive benefit evaluation model of coal mining subsidence area is constructed.Moreover,the economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit of Pan’an Lake coal mining subsidence area after transformation and development were evaluated respectively to know the effect of transformation and development.The results show that after the transformation and development of Pan’an Lake coal mining subsidence area,it achieved economic,social and ecological benefits,among which the ecological benefit is the most.Last but not least,based on the evaluation results,the shortcomings of transformation and development are identified,and suggestions are made for better development in the future.
