In the selection of washing process in coal preparation plant,how to combine with the actual site,optimize the fine coal separation process,increase the recovery rate of fine coal particles in fine coal,is related to increase the resource recovery,increase the economic benefits of coal preparation plant important topic.Aiming at the needs of upgrading and reforming of slime water system in Zhaolou coal preparation plant,this paper analyzes the problems existing in slime separation process in detail,and studies the problems in combination with the site situation,so as to put forward the optimization scheme.Through coal quality analysis and field investigation,problems existing in the current process are sorted out and found.Under the guidance of the problem,according to the coarse slime recovery process,the study was carried out one by one,from the granularity classification of the feeding link,to the equipment selection of the sorting link,and finally to the product quality inspection and improvement.By comparing and studying the desliming effect of the large-diameter cyclone and the graded cyclone,the practicability of the large-diameter cyclone in the grading of coarse slime is demonstrated.Through comparison and investigation,the effect of TCS separator in coarse slime separation is verified,and the production experience is summarized.Aiming at the problem of high ash content of crude coal in gangue,the technology of secondary reprocessing is studied.Through analysis,the result of the all kinds of fine coal slime screening and demonstrates the rule out the necessity of slime water into the floating in the gangue,the optimized flotation into the material composition,will live a flotation technology to give priority to float again two flotation technology,a flotation plant using sieve sedimentation centrifuge recovery,secondary flotation plant adopts quick opening pressure filter recovery,reduce the moisture of flotation plant and ash content,ensure the flotation plant quality is stable.This technological transformation goes beyond the idea of simply replacing old equipment with new equipment to optimize and upgrade the whole slime water process.After the transformation,the clean coal yield of the coarse slime recovery system in the coal preparation plant has increased by 3%,the flotation clean coal yield has increased by 0.75%,the floating fine ash content is more stable,the back ash of heavy medium clean coal has been reduced,and the economic benefit of the whole plant has been increased.This process optimization plan has important reference significance for the transformation of similar process coal preparation plant.This paper has 30 figures,35 tables and 68 references.
