With the continuous development and expansion of China's state-owned enterprises and the deepening of reform,the SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council)actively guides and promotes the integration of internal resources by state-owned enterprises.As a secondary unit of one of the three major oil companies in China.Company A also actively promoted the reform of the internal management system and mechanism,carried out the unified management reform of warehouse keepers,and integrated the warehouse keepers of all its subsidiaries.The author uses the literature analysis method,interview method,case analysis method,combined with enterprise reorganization,human resource integration,and human resource system construction related theories,to conduct comprehensive,systematic and accurate analysis and research on the human resource data of the warehouse keeper position of Company A,and sort out the current human resources status of company A in the position of warehouse keeper.On this basis,the author pinpoints the problems existing in the human resources integration of Company A's position as warehouse keeper.In view of the existing problems,combined with the problems of Company A,combined with relevant theories,and using interview methods,it starts with the construction of culture and human resources systems to the integration process,proposed the countermeasures for the construction of human resource system in the integration of warehouse keeper positions.It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for Company A for the construction of human resource systems encountered in the internal resource integration and also as a reference for other state-owned oil enterprises.
