The petroleum industry is the lifeblood of national economy,while the design of steel structure refinery platform lags behind the development of steel structure design theory.With the emergence of new petrochemical process and the continuous upgrading of new equipment,some new requirements for the design of steel structure refinery platform are also put forward.The design theory of steel structure refinery platform urgently needs to be studied and developed to meet the requirements of petroleum production.This paper is based on the steel structure refinery platform of Kenli Petrochemical Group Co.Ltd,in Dongying City,studies the design theory of steel structure refinery platform and evaluate its reliability.The main work of this paper is as follows.1.Based on the general design method of cold exchange frame of structure and its implied Reliability Index,compare and analyze the Design Code SYJ1031-83,SH3077-96 and SH/T3077-2012.And calculate the reliability indexes implied in the design code of the third generation steel structure code exchange frame by using MATLAB software.Then come to relevant conclusions and evaluate them.2.Combined with the actual Project of Kenli' Steel structure refinery platform,then use design software to analyze the modeling of steel structural refinery platform and optimization design of the main structural elements such as beam,column and diagonal brace is carried out.3.By using the finite element software to model the steel structure refinery platform,and then the corresponding maximum stress and the maximum deformation of the design structure are obtained by static analysis the static force of the structure,and calculate the reliability of the steel structure refinery platform by using finite element software.Then the corresponding structural reliability is obtained.
