With the rapid development of the Internet of Things,in the process of building a smart factory in the soft package printing industry,intelligent manufacturing with the integration of"industrialization" and "informatization" as the core continues to deepen,and enterprises have gradually formed application requirements for intelligent production processes.At present,enterprises are faced with the problems of the control and monitoring platform of different devices,the fragmentation of information communication between different software systems,and the information islands between application software when implementing the application of intelligent production process of soft packages.This topic is based on the research and development needs of the cooperative enterprise involved in system integration in the development of the soft-pack smart factory system.It proposes a communication scheme that uses the data center platform to connect the entire production line equipment,and completes the independent research and development of WMS(warehousing management system)and MES(manufacturing Execution system)Research and development of functional modules such as related equipment driving and monitoring in the system.Aiming at the problem of the chaotic communication network caused by the point-to-point connection in the early research and development system and heterogeneous equipment,the project designed and developed an information communication interface based on equipment and data channels by establishing a unified OPC data connection service and using OPCDA communication technology,shielding the underlying equipment The difference between them has built a unified communication platform based on the equipment and monitoring data of the soft package production line.On this basis,according to the work order process recipe management requirements involved in the soft pack MES?the information managemenl functions such as recipe management,injection and extraction are realized through the process data channel of the equipment;for the soft pack WMS to the material delivery equipment and transportation process Monitoring and management requirements,through the monitoring data channel to form the control of the three-dimensional warehouse stacker equipment controller,completed the operation instructions and operation interaction of the material warehouse drive management function;for the AGV operation working mechanism,through the workshop logistics operation monitoring site network The data channel realizes the AGV handling positioning,that is,the system's feedback function on the AGV operation and transportation status.Finally,in response to the requirements of the workshop monitoring center for remote monitoring of the operation status of the entire workshop,a data channel for monitoring the operation of the equipment is established and the workshop operation is constructed.Kanban function for condition monitoring.
