With the rapid development of automotive,telecommunication,electromechanical and general-purpose industries,the demand for the quantity and comprehensive performance of die-casting products is constantly increasing.Compared with international advanced enterprises,there are many problems in domestic die casting industry,such as high energy consumption,low energy efficiency,low utilization rate of equipment,low surface quality of products,weak information management of workshop production,which seriously restrict the development of die casting industry towards green intelligence and high-end manufacturing.Carrying out the information management of die casting workshop can enable enterprises to grasp the production situation fully and accurately,allocate manufacturing resources rationally and optimize production links,improve the overall manufacturing level,and achieve lean production.This paper puts forward the main production information acquisition method based on the analysis of the power data of die-casting unit,which minimizes the difficulty of multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition in the workshop.On this basis,a comprehensive function of die-casting workshop production information monitoring and management system is designed and developed,which has important reference value for small and medium-sized die-casting enterprises to carry out workshop informationization construction and production management.Firstly,the current situation of production management of die-casting workshop is analyzed,the system function requirements are determined,and the production information monitoring index system of die-casting workshop is constructed accordingly.Based on the analysis of common system architecture,the structure of production information monitoring and management system of die casting workshop based on C/S model is determined,which is divided into four layers: data acquisition layer,data transmission layer,data storage and processing layer,and application layer,and a detailed introduction is madeSecondly,the key technologies of the system are studied and validated,including on-line identification of die casting unit operation status based on power data and on-line statistical method of die casting processing progress based on power data.Through the analysis of power data,the main production information,such as equipment operation status,production energy consumption and number of processed parts,can be obtained.On this basis,the calculation process of production information monitoring index in die casting workshop is analyzed and put forward.Then,the detailed design of each level of the system is carried out,and the function modules of the system are described in detail through the design of the system function architecture.Through the design of the data acquisition layer,a highly versatile and scalable data acquisition layer topology with intelligent gateway as the core is proposed.Through the design of the data transmission layer,a system network structure with wireless network as the main transmission mode is constructed.Through the design of data storage and processing layer,the creation of database and the realization of data processing method are completed.Finally,a prototype system of production information monitoring and management for die casting workshop based on power data is designed.The function modules of the system are demonstrated concretely,and the actual test and application are carried out in the workshop site.
