In order to improve the shortcomings of the hydrophobicity of the polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane,this study first prepared a series of ultrafiltration membranes with different compositions by using the immersion precipitation phase inversion method,using polysulfone as the base membrane material,and PVP as the porogen.Four factors affecting the membrane structure and performance,including polysulfone?PSF?concentration,additive content,casting film evaporation time and coagulation bath temperature,were explored to determine the best casting film conditions.Then on this basis,the additive PEO was introduced into the polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane system through blending modification to achieve hydrophilic modification of the membrane.Finally,the in-depth study of the composite membrane mainly analyzes the factors of the type of solvent.While investigating the influence of different solvents on the performance of the membrane,it also tests the anti-fouling performance of the membrane to determine the comprehensive performance of the composite membrane.The results show that a series of ultrafiltration membranes of different components were prepared with polysulfone as the base membrane material,PVP as the poreforming additive,and DMAc as the solvent.The optimal conditions for membrane preparation were 18%of the polysulfone mass fraction,8%of the PVP mass fraction,0 seconds of the evaporation time of the casting solution,and 20?of the solidification bath temperature.On this basis,when the content of 0.8wt%PEO was added,the water flux and interception rate of the composite film were 161.12 Lm-2h-1and 99.05%,respectively,which were 12.5%and 9.7%higher than that of the unmodified pure film.Meanwhile,the water contact Angle of the composite film reached a minimum of 52°,and the hydrophilicity was significantly enhanced.Compared with other solvents,the performance of the composite film prepared by DMAc was better.Compared with the unmodified pure film,the anti-fouling performance of the composite film with modified additives was improved obviously.After joining the PEO hydrophilic modification agent,the PEO with phase transformation process migrated to the membrane surface,because of its unique hydrophilic can make the film surface of hydrate formation,at the same time,combined with its own exclusive ability of large molecules such as proteins,making composite membrane pollution resistance is stronger,the clean is convenient,has a broad application prospect in the field of water treatment.
