Design And Realization Of Coal Mine Monitoring Configuration Software Based On Web

Coal is the main energy in China,safety production is the first element of coal industry and monitoring plays a key role in coal safety production.In most current coal mine monitoring systems: 1.The special monitoring software for coal mine is lack,the system function is redundant and the cost performance is low;2.It is inconvenient to use the centralized and dedicated client software which has higher requirements for the monitoring environment;3.Data interaction between site and monitoring is not realtime enough;4.The update of field equipment often corresponds to the high cost of upgrading and maintaining the monitoring system.With the rapid development of information technology,the concept of mine information and mine intelligence has become the main development idea of China's practice in the coal industry.How to solve the above problems has become the goal of the industry.Based on the study and analysis of web technology,the author has carried out indepth and detailed research on the application of B/S mode in configuration software,and put forward the solution of coal mine monitoring configuration software based on Web,the main work and research results are as follows:1.Based on MVC mode,communicate with coal mine field equipment through OPC UA protocol,a configuration software editing window with rich elements,convenient equipment and interface configuration and safe and fast data interaction has been developed.2.Based on the AJAX technology,combined with HTML5,developed a Web publishing platform with friendly human-machine interface,simple user operation and monitoring management.3.Based on relational database design conception,decomposition the overall E/R diagram of the system,developed a database system with complete content,loyalty to reality,simple structure and optimized path.Finally,a complete set of Web-based coal mine monitoring configuration software under B/S mode is developed,which achieves the monitoring of production line,gas concentration,temperature and other related parameters,and achieves the expected goals.
