Spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf will directly lead to a large amount of waste of resources.At the same time,a large number of toxic and harmful gases will be produced,causing environmental damage.The result is that the working environment quality of coal miners is reduced and even dangerous,which causes serious consequences.The characteristics of all kinds of coal seams are analyzed and studied synthetically.The laws of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in fully mechanized mining goaf are analyzed.he spontaneous combustion of residual coal has the characteristics of internal and external causes.Therefore,Therefore,based on the existing data of BaiDong mine,this paper conducts the analysis of the internal cause and the detection of the relative value of the external cause of the residual coal in the goaf.It is found that there are hidden dangers of air leakage and coal spontaneous combustion in goaf..Based on the 8108 working face of BaiDong mine.Comprehensive technical analysis and research on fire prevention and extinguishing technology in goaf of coal mine are presented And scientific induction and sorting out the relevant technology application effect.The symbolic gas monitoring technology,which combines sensor monitoring and beam tube monitoring system,is studied and adopted.It can monitor the development trend of goaf and the spontaneous combustion state of goaf residual coal in real time,so as to take corresponding production technical measures in time,and make the spontaneous combustion and oxidation period of goaf residual coal shorter than that of residual coal.SF6 tracer technique and electron capture detector were used to detect air leakage.Based on 8108 fully mechanized caving face,the air leakage was detected and analyzed.The volume of air leakage from 8108 working face to 5903 is obtained.Air volume of 20.73 m~3/min to 61.13 m~3/min.And the air leakage site for plugging,masonry crown,sealing and other operations.It effectively controls the air leakage in the mine of baidong mine and prevents the gas overshooting and spontaneous combustion of residual coal.It provides guarantee for mine safety production.This paper takes 8108 fully mechanized caving face as the research site and discusses the effect of the comprehensive fire-fighting technology.This paper calculated the scientific rigour of nitrogen fire prevention nitrogen injection flow,.For equipment selection,pipe selection,nitrogen injection process and the method of optimization are optimized.Moreover,scientific experiments were carried out in the goaf of 8108 fully mechanized caving face.The signature gas of 8108 working face was measured.It Verify the scientific effect of the calculated data.On the basis of experiments,the advantages and disadvantages of this technique are discussed.The experience and results after the experiment will be a pioneering expansion of thinking.The development prospect of fire prevention technology in goaf is put forward.
