With the rapid development of laser application technology,In the field of laser surface micromachining,laser surface microtexture technology provides a new way to improve the lubrication and wear resistance of the surface of mechanical components.The laser edge finishing technology,as an emerging technology for precision surface treatment of parts,which can accurately and effectively achieve the edge finishing of parts.In order to promote the industrial application of laser surface micromachining technology,it is increasingly urgent to develop new laser surface micromachining equipment,especially the design and development of the control system,which is the heart of laser micromachining equipment,it is important to ensure the processing precision and efficiency of laser surface micromachining.This dissertation designs and completes the laser surface micromachining control system based on DSP.According to the requirements of laser surface micro-texturing and laser edge finishing,the implementation of the control system is explored,the basic composition of the control system,the control principle,and the design and development process of software and hardware are expounded.Specifically,the following research and development work are completed:(1)The overall design requirements of the system development are formulated,the main processing functions of the system are determined,and the "controllable pulse number multiple at the same point interval" micro-texturing process and the nanosecond laser "variable power variable defocus controllable composite finishing" edge finishing process are proposed,and indepth analysis to achieve the control requirements of the processing technology.The main structure of the system platform and its components for the design process are analyzed,the overall planning of the design plan is made for the control system software and hardware of the "PC + DSP controller mode".(2)In the hardware part of the control system,the micro controller DSP with precise control performance is used as the control core,which is divided into three main parts: DSP main control board,laser control interface board and servo control interface board for control process analysis and circuit design.The control board uses the digital signal processor TMS320F28335 as the control core,which is responsible for achieving fast logic control and interpolation operations,and connects the laser control interface board and the servo control interface board through the output interface,sends out pulse control commands,and controls the servo motor to coordinate with the laser to finish setting the processing motion track.In addition,the EDA software Altium Designer is used to complete the circuit schematic and PCB design,and the hardware circuit test of the controller is performed to verify the reliability of the hardware and provides a stable and reliable carrier for software operation.(3)The control system software part is divided into DSP driver and PC interface control software for design and development.Combined with system processing functions,DSP driver program development completes the development of module software programs such as serial communication,laser focusing,workbench positioning,laser microtexture,and laser finishing.The design of the PC control interface adopts the C # development environment and C # development language to complete the development of the man-machine control interface,the function module realizes the processing parameter input,processing control and processing status display,provides a simple interface and precise control performance for precise control.(4)The overall control of the software and hardware of the designed control system are tested to verify the reliability of the design connection of the hardware and software,and the reliability of the processing function of the control system was verified by the system platform linkage test.The developed laser surface micromachining control system are used to carry out planar micro-pit / micro-groove machining,regular contour edge and curve contour edge finishing processing experiments,the experimental results show that the laser surface micromachining control system designed in this dissertation can accurately control the laser processing parameters to realize laser microtexture and edge finishing according to the processing technology requirements,and can meet the microtexture morphology and finishing edge processing quality requirements.
