With the decrease of reserves of medium and shallow coal resources in China,it is necessary to mine deep coal resources.At present,multi rope winding hoisting is a hoisting equipment suitable for deep well mining.However,due to external incentives and its own properties,the transverse vibration characteristics of multi rope winding hoisting are more complex.The transverse deformation will affect the mechanical characteristics of the steel wire rope,resulting in a sudden change in the longitudinal vibration.At the same time,the string collision behavior may also occur,threatening the safety of hoisting.Therefore,it is necessary to raise the vertical rope horizontally Study the vibration.In this paper,theoretical analysis,virtual prototype modeling,test and comparative analysis are used to carry out a systematic study on the horizontal vibration of the vertical rope in the deep well of the hoisting system,which has theoretical and practical significance for the design and vibration reduction of the multi rope winding hoisting system.First of all,the physical model of multi rope winding hoisting is simplified as the vibration model of single rope hoisting,based on the energy method,the theoretical analysis of each part of the lifting system is carried out,and Hamilton principle is used to establish the transverse and longitudinal coupling vibration equation of the string vertical rope.Considering the axial vibration of the crown wheel and the influence of the string segment on the vertical rope,the transverse and longitudinal coupling vibration of the vertical rope is discretized based on Galerkin truncation method,and the vibration model of the winding lifting system is established.Secondly,aiming at the problem of virtual prototype modeling for dynamic analysis of lifting system,several discrete modeling methods of wire rope in Adams are compared,cable module is selected to model and its modeling theory is analyzed.The 3D rigid part model is built by SolidWorks,and the parameters of virtual prototype model are set in ADAMS.The virtual prototype model of winding lifting experiment platform is built.Then,an experimental data acquisition system for the transverse vibration of hoisting vertical rope is built on the multi rope winding hoisting platform.The feasibility of the winding hoisting vibration model and the virtual prototype model is verified by the experimental results,and the transverse vibration of different points on the hoisting vertical rope is analyzed,which provides the basis for the research of the vibration of the deep well vertical rope and the selection of the test reference points.Finally,the influence of lifting parameters on the lateral vibration characteristics of deep well lifting vertical rope is analyzed by using the established vibration model,and the vibration law of fixed proportion points on the lifting vertical rope is compared and analyzed.The midpoint of the vertical rope was selected as the reference point for the study,the law of amplitude variation of the vertical rope under variable load and variable speed was discussed,and the reasonable operating parameter interval and corresponding improvement effect were analyzed.There are 55 figures,16 tables and 93 references in this paper.
