Due to the depletion of shallow mineral resources on the earth's surface,the development and utilization of deep resources are gradually rising.Ultra-deep mine hoisting machinery and equipment is an important equipment for the development of deep mineral resources.However,the domestic research on the basic theory and design and manufacture of ultra-deep mine hoisting machinery and equipment is still in the preliminary stage,and the design and research of ultra-deep mine hoisting machinery and equipment is imminent.The hoisting wire rope is the key part of the hoisting system,and its dynamic characteristics directly affect the safety and stability of the hoist in operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic tension characteristics of the hoisting wire rope for the design and development of the super deep mine hoisting system.Taking the multi rope winding hoisting test system established by CITIC Heavy Industry as the research object,through analyzing the structural principle of the hoisting system,simplifying the physical model,based on the virtual prototype simulation technology,using the Recur Dyn multi-body dynamics simulation platform,using the three-dimensional solid modeling software CATIA to build part of the three-dimensional solid model of the hoisting system,and making data with the Recur Dyn simulation software Transmission.In the environment of Recur Dyn,the material property of each mechanism is set,the boundary conditions between components are set,and the simulation model of multi rope winding hoist is established.The dynamic tension curve of the wire rope at the joint of the hoisting wire rope and the container is obtained by the simulation calculation of the established simulation model under specific working conditions.According to the corresponding working condition of CITIC lifting test system,the experimental data are collected by tension measuring device and lifting vessel measuring device.The simulation results are compared with the experimental data,and the results show that the simulation calculation values and the test data under the three lifting speeds have good consistency,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation model and the reliability of the virtual prototype simulation method based on Recur Dyn.The results show that when the lifting acceleration is the same,the different lifting speed has no effect on the natural frequency of longitudinal vibration.The simulation method of Recur Dyn virtual prototype is extended to the research of super deep mine hoisting system to study the tension change characteristics of wire rope under different well depths.This paper studies the dynamic tension transfer law of1500 m ultra deep well hoisting wire rope in the process of hoisting,obtains the tension change curve of wire rope at different spatial positions,analyzes the spectrum of different curves,and obtains the dynamic tension transfer characteristics of wire rope.The results show that: the vibration frequency is basically the same at different spatial position heights,and the higher the spatial position is,the smaller the attenuation rate of the vibration amplitude of the steel wire rope is;at the same time,the higher the spatial position is,the greater the vibration amplitude of the steel wire rope tension is;with the increase of the lifting time,the length of the steel wire rope decreases,and the vibration amplitude of the steel wire rope tension at different spatial position heights decreases gradually Small,the attenuation speed is first fast and then slow,and finally tends to be stable and close to zero.According to the above analysis,the attenuation law of tension vibration amplitude of steel wire rope in different space position can be expressed by exponential curve,and the attenuation speed of tension vibration amplitude of steel wire rope in different space position is basically the same.
