Effects Of The Domesticatied Bacillus Granulosus On The Flotation Of Galena And Sphalerite | | Posted on:2021-05-31 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:M Yang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2381330629982609 | Subject:Mining engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | At present,lead-zinc mineral deposits in China are widely distributed with concentrated reserves,but there are many associated components and the separation process is difficult.For the co-associated sulfide ore of lead and zinc,the traditional separation technology and environmental pollution are difficult to meet the requirements of mineral processing.Under this background,a new beneficiation method—microbial flotation method was selected in this experiment,the purpose of which was to acclimate Bacillus megaterium to improve its performance,and to change the different experimental factors to observe the domesticated bacteria to lead ore Does the flotation recovery of sphalerite get a more significant effect,providing a new way to solve the problems in the field of mineral resources.The giant bacillus and its metabolites can inhibit the flotation of galena and selectively flotation of sphalerite.The lowest flotation recovery of galena was 36%,and the highest recovery of sphalerite was 41.57%.When the pH value is between 4and 6,the potential changes of galena and sphalerite are the greatest,and the pH value is the main factor affecting the recovery of galena and sphalerite from flotation.Domestication of giant Bacillus with target minerals can correspondingly improve the flotation performance of giant Bacillus to minerals.The lowest flotation recovery of galena is 33.62% and the highest recovery of sphalerite is 45.94%.The flotation recovery of galena decreased from 37% to 25%,and that of sphalerite increased from 45.94% to 63.8%.The flotation difference between galena and sphalerite was significantly enhanced,indicating that the performance of the large Bacillus after domestication was improved and its effect on the mineral was also significantly enhanced.Based on the basic study of galena and sphalerite by the giant bacillus,it is shown that the microbe flotation technology has the advantages of good separation effect and less environmental pollution for actual mineral separation,and it provides anew development direction for mineral separation on the basis of improving mineral recovery and environmental protection. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | bacillus megaterium, galena, sphalerite, domestication, flotation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
