| The safety of snacks around primary and middle schools is a very important livelihood issue,which is related to the physical growth and mental health of primary and middle school students in China,as well as the happiness of thousands of families and social harmony and stability.This topic takes the snack safety issues around primary and schools as the entry point,takes the primary and schools within the jurisdiction of Donghu District,Nanchang as the research site,and takes the retail stores near school and the primary and middle school students consuming these snacks as the research topic.Firstly,field research was conducted on snack vendors and shops around middle and primary schools in Donghu District of Nanchang.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the snack consumption habits of middle and primary school students in Donghu District of Nanchang.Finally,from the perspective of laws and regulations,Suggestions and measures are put forward to solve the safety problems of snacks around primary and secondary schools,so as to provide practical and effective solutions for the collaborative management of snacks around primary and secondary schools.The specific research contents of this topic are as follows:(1)The article investigates the distribution of snack stores around primary and middle schools in Donghu District,Nanchang,as well as the business qualifications licenses and these stores environmental health qualifications,the types of snacks,the types and ingredients of additives and nutrient fortification in the snacks,and the labeling on the package.Based on the national standards related to the investigation of snacks,we checked whether there were any non-compliance with the national standards in these foods,such as whether the additives were added illegally,whether the amount of nutrient fortification exceeded the standard,whether the labeling and labeling on the packaging were correct,etc.,and analyzed the impact of these irregularities and non-conformities on the physical and mental health and physical development of primary and secondary school students.(2)The study investigated the snack consumption of primary and secondary school students in the jurisdiction of Donghu District,Nanchang,to understand the snack consumption habits and the most commonly consumed snacks of primary and middle school students,as well as their knowledge about nutrition,norms of additive use,and food safety knowledge about snacks.The research was conducted in the form of questionnaires in five aspects: frequency of snacks consumed by primary and secondary school students,types and price ranges of snacks consumed,places where snacks are frequently consumed,and knowledge and thoughts on snack safety.By summarizing and analyzing the research data,we obtained the snack consumption situation and snack consumption concept of primary and middle school students in Donghu District,Nanchang,and provided basic data for the next comprehensive analysis and collaborative management of snack consumption situation around primary and middle schools.(3)Collaborative management of snack food safety issues around primary and schools.Finally,we analyze the data from all aspects of the study,summarize the conclusions that can be drawn from these data,and identify the safety problems of snacks around primary and middle schools.We also analyze the division of responsibilities among government departments,school authorities,parents,and snack stores in the management of snacking safety problems around primary and middle schools.We propose suggestions and initiatives to solve these safety problems from the legal and regulatory levels,and provide practical and effective solutions for the collaborative management of snacks around primary and middle schools. |
