| Microcrystalline muscovite is a 2:1 layered silicate mineral material with many excellent properties,such as corrosion resistance,thermodynamic stability.Muscovite is widely used in plastics,coatings,rubber and other fields.Poly 2,3-dimethylaniline(Poly 2,3-dimethylaniline,P(2,3-DMA))is one of the main derivatives of polyaniline,with good corrosion resistance,and P(2,3-DMA)by introducing two-CH3 on the benzene ring can effectively increase the solubility of polyaniline.Sb-doped Sn O2(Antimony-doped Tin Oxide,ATO)has received great attention and in-depth research due to its excellent conductivity,high sensitivity,and high stability,and the metal oxide itself has a certain degree of corrosion resistance.Separately P(2,3-DMA)/muscovite,ATO/muscovite composite materials were preparee,which will give muscovite conductivity.Conductive muscovite has anti-corrosion properties.As an additive to paint,it imparts electrical conductivity to the paint and can also be used in the field of anti-static,which greatly increases the use of muscovite.In this paper,organic muscovite was prepared by thermally modifying muscovite,acid leaching,lithium nitrate,and Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB).In this paper,poly 2,3-dimethylaniline/organic muscovite(P(2,3-DMA)/OM)and ATO/muscovite composite materials were prepared by in-situ intercalation polymerization and chemical co-precipitation.The prepared two kinds of conductive muscovite composite materials were respectively tested by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),infrared spectrum analyzer(FTIR),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),scanning electron microscope(SEM),four-probe tester To characterize,at the same time use the electrochemical analyzer to explore the anti-corrosion effect of the composite coating on the metal.The results showed that:1.After organic modification of muscovite,the interlayer changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic,and the interlayer distance increased from 1.02 nm to1.42 nm;the prepared P(2,3-DMA)/OM composite material was intercalation/peel Type composite material,and the prepared P(2,3-DMA)/unmodified muscovite is a traditional composite material,indicating that the organic modification of muscovite is effective;the thermal stability of the prepared composite material is significantly better than pure P(2,3-DMA),this is because the dispersed muscovite in the composite has the function of penetration/diffusion barrier;when n(APS)/n(2,3-DMA)=2.5:1,n(H3PO4)/n(2,3-DMA)=2.5:1,the reaction temperature is 30℃,the reaction time is 9 h,m(OM)/m(2,3-DMA)=6%,the composite material has the best Conductivity;electrochemical test results show that the coating has the best anti-corrosion performance when the P(2,3-DMA)/OM composite content is 7%;P(2,3-DMA)/OM is formed with epoxy resin The anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating is better than P(2,3-DMA)/epoxy composite coating.When the ratio of muscovite and monomer is 6%,the composite coating has the best anti-corrosion effect on metal.2.The ATO/muscovite composite material was prepared by co-precipitation method.The results of XRD,SEM,FTIR,TG and other results show that the prepared composite powder still retains the basic framework structure of muscovite,and Sn O2diffraction peaks appear on some crystal faces,and Sn O2 It is located on the surface of muscovite in the form of particles,forming a coated structure of ATO/muscovite;TGA test shows that the main component of the ATO/muscovite composite precursor loaded on the surface of the muscovite is Sn hydrolysis containing crystal water Product Sn O2×x H2O;when m(Sn Cl4):m(muscovite)=1:1,n(Sb):n(Sn)=7:43,water bath temperature 30℃,calcination temperature 700℃ and calcination The composite material has the best conductivity when the time is 1.5 h;the electrochemical test results show that when the addition amount of ATO/muscovite composite material is 7%,the coating has the best corrosion resistance;ATO/muscovite and epoxy resin The anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating is better than the muscovite/epoxy composite coating.When n(Sn Cl4):n(muscovite)=5:5,ATO/muscovite composite coating has the best anti-corrosion performance.The electrochemical test results show that the ATO/muscovite epoxy resin composite coating can protect the metal from being corroded by external erosion media. |
