Since the beginning of the last century,China's economic development has entered a high-speed channel.At present,China has become the second largest economy in the world and the largest developing country in the world.In a relatively short period of time,due to the relatively unique market environment and high-speed economic reform,Chinese enterprises have completed the results of 60 years of development in developed countries in a relatively short period of time.And our country economy in the process of rapid development unceasingly optimizes.With the acceleration of global economy,more and more domestic enterprises begin to complete capital expansion through mergers and acquisitions.In the increasing number of M & A cases,the parties can only see the enlargement of assets and scale more often,but from the actual results and data analysis of M & A,the successful M& A cases are relatively few.In this paper and some research views,one of the important reasons for this problem is that the M & A parties ignore the important role of corporate culture integration in the strategic planning of M & A.And then lead to a lot of serious losses and even lead to the final failure of M & A.On the basis of introducing the theory of M & A,this paper introduces theconcepts and fusion methods of corporate culture and M & A,and then discusses the whole process and performance evaluation of M & A by taking W Company and D Company as examples.Then,the paper analyzes the conflict in the process of enterprise culture fusion after acquisition,and discusses this problem by taking the merger of D company by W company as an example.Finally,aiming at the conflict in the process of M & A,the suggestions and measures of improvement are put forward,and the effect of the implementation of the improvement measures is analyzed.The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the conflict,countermeasure and efficiency analysis in the process of enterprise organizational culture fusion after the M & A transaction is completed through the case analysis of organizational culture fusion of W Company M & A and D Company.On the basis of introducing the theory of M & A,this paper introduces the concept and fusion method of M & A,then takes W company and D company as an example,expounds the cultural conflict that M & A brings to the construction of corporate culture,such as material level,behavior level,system level and spirit level,transition from cultural difference to integration,clear transition goal,put forward the management principle and management direction after M & A,and discuss the whole process and overall performance evaluation of M & A,Suggestions and measures for improvement are put forward from four levels,and the effect of the implementation of the improvement measures is analyzed.Finally,the experience and lessons related to the integration of corporate culture in the process of M & A in practical cases are summarized.The importance of corporate culture integration in the process of M & A has been put to a higher and higher position.The purpose of this paper is to explain the conflict,countermeasures and experience reflection of corporate culture integration in M & A by W the case analysis of corporate culture integration D company.
