Embedded interpolation controller is widely used in multi-axis linkage machine tools,and it is the key for the machine tool control system to process the tool trajectory according to the regulations.When the machine tool performs complex and confidential processing,due to a series of problems in the processing process,it will inevitably have a greater impact on the processing quality and processing cost.It is very important to design a highly reliable interpolation controller.In addition,the hardware equipment of the interpolation system contains many components,and the working state of each component will have an impact on the reliability of the entire interpolation control system.Due to its working nature,the reliability is very high.Carry out the system hardware reliability research of the embedded interpolation system,find the fault-prone parts,and quickly locate the fault in order to further enhance the reliability of the system.The design can be improved according to the research results to improve the embedded hardware part The level of reliability is very beneficial.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "Research on the Software Reliability Evaluation Method of Embedded Numerical Control System Based on Time Series Traceability",this paper takes the multi-axis embedded interpolation system as the research object and develops the method of predicting the hardware reliability of the embedded interpolation system the study.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,in order to meet the needs of interpolation,the important circuits of the embedded interpolation controller are studied,the working principles of some important circuits are analyzed,the schematic diagram and PCB diagram of the STM32 core controller are designed,the prototype equipment is made,and Related reliability tests.Secondly,in order to evaluate the reliability of the interpolation system,first,the types of components that are prone to failure are counted,and the failure causes and failure modes of the components are analyzed.Through the reliability manual,the failure rate of each component is obtained.Then according to the fault tree model,the failure of the interpolation system is established as the top event,and a series of intermediate events and basic events are established from top to bottom through the deductive method.According to the qualitative analysis,determine the easy failure part of the fault tree;then according to the quantitative analysis,determine the probability of the top event.And based on the probability importance analysis,the change degree of the system failure caused by the failure of a certain part of the component is evaluated.Finally,the Bayesian network is established according to the causality of the fault tree,and the conditional probability of each event is obtained by calculating the prior and posterior probability.Thirdly,considering the problem of component failure repair,the Markov model is established,and the state transition matrix is established according to the state transition relationship.By solving the Markov state transition equation,the change curve of the failure rate of the interpolation system is obtained.In addition,the sensitivity of some modules was analyzed and the sensitive factors affecting the reliability and availability of the interpolation system were found.Finally,according to the conclusion of the reliability analysis,the weak links of the interpolation system and the measures to improve the reliability are summarized.
