This paper summarizes the research progress of spray exhaust gas purification technology,including the purification technology of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in spray exhaust gas and the technology of plasma generation.Among them,purification technologies for volatile organic compounds include condensation technology,absorption technology,photocatalysis,low temperature plasma technology,etc.Plasma generation techniques include electron beam method,corona discharge method,pulse corona discharge method,dielectric barrier discharge method,etc.The characteristics and reaction mechanism of related technologies are expounded.The theory of low temperature plasma method and the composite technology of low temperature plasma and other purification methods are introduced.In this experiment,a self-made atomizing corona discharge device was used to generate low-temperature plasma,and the ground electrode atomizing corona discharge coupled with Fenton's reagent was used to treat benzene,toluene,xylene,and particulate matter.In the experiment,first use a separate grounded electrode atomizing corona discharge device to study the simulated spray exhaust gas,including the effect of liquid flow,gas flow,intake direction,and polarity on its purification efficiency;then,add Fenton reagent In the reactor with grounded electrode atomizing corona discharge,the effect of Fenton's reagent on the simulated spray exhaust gas was studied.Studies have shown that the negative electrode atomized corona discharge is superior to the positive electrode atomized corona discharge;under the same discharge conditions,when the wire electrode liquid flow rate is 16 m L / min,the ground electrode atomized corona discharge has the bestdischarge characteristics;simulated spraying The purification efficiency of the exhaust gas decreases with the increase of the gas flow rate;it is better than the downstream air flow(upward and downward)in the case of reverse air flow(downward and topward);the purification of the ground electrode atomization negative corona discharge coupling Fenton reagent The efficiency is better than that of the separate ground electrode atomizing negative corona discharge technology.Separate grounding electrode atomization corona discharge technology treatment simulated spray exhaust gas test results: when negative corona,reverse air flow,applied voltage 14 k V,liquid flow rate 16 m L / min,gas flow rate 1L / min,the purification efficiency of simulated spray exhaust particulate matter It can be up to 98%,and the purification efficiency of xylene in tribenzene waste gas can be up to 61%.Under the above test conditions,the addition of Fenton reagent has almost no effect on the purification efficiency of particulate matter,but the purification efficiency of xylene in triphenyl waste gas can reach up to 65%.
