In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the use of clean energy in its economic policies.At present,my country's coal mining enterprises have huge potential in waste heat recovery and utilization.How to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the coal industry is the focus of my country's economic development.The main energy sources that can be recycled in coal mines are: mine return air waste heat,mine drainage waste heat,and air compressor waste heat.These heat sources are wasted in a large amount during the production process and are not fully used.In general,the air compressor waste heat recovery and utilization system is the most cost-effective and the easiest and most feasible.This paper starts with the heat demand for bathing in Gequan Mine,and combines theory and practice to design a complete set of air compressor waste heat recovery system in Gequan Mine.The system consists of a primary water-water series shell and tube heat exchanger and secondary oil.-Water tube shell heat exchanger,thermal pipe network circulation system,heat preservation water tank,water pump delivery system and control equipment.Focus on the research and development of oil-water shell-and-tube heat exchangers and water-water series shell-and-tube heat exchangers,and compare the heat transfer performance of shell-and-tube heat exchangers with built-in twisted tape.In the project implementation process,the BIM technology was used to detect the pipeline collision of the air compressor waste heat recovery system,and the Lumion software was used to render the roaming map,which improved the construction efficiency and shortened the construction schedule.After the completion of the project,the air compressor waste heat recovery system was tested.It can recover 369 k W of waste heat per hour.The air compressor waste heat recovery system has a heat recovery efficiency of 66% and can produce 250 tons of hot water at 45°C per day,It can provide nearly 39% of the heat of the original heating system.The project investment cost is 470,000 yuan,and the annual operating cost is 38,800 yuan,which saves 508,200 yuan in operating cost compared with the original system.The static payback period of the project investment is 0.92 years.Finally,this article summarizes and analyzes,and puts forward ideas to optimize the insufficient parts of the system.
