In recent years,with the development of computer-aided design technology,multimedia technology,network communication technology and sensor technology,the virtual reality technology has also begun to develop rapidly.The virtual reality technology has been applied to the thermal power plant turbine equipment maintenance training assessment.The development of virtual inspection training and assessment expert system,and the virtual reality technology used in thermal power plant steam turbine equipment maintenance training assessment,which are of great significance to the maintenance of steam turbine maintenance,at the same time,they can also become effective assistants in the training of qualified maintenance personnel in thermal power plants.Turbine virtual training training assessment expert system can effectively solve many problems,including the actual maintenance training turbine structure is very complex,the cost of maintenance training is very expensive,the training site,the number of trainees and training turbine models are limited,maintenance personnel training efficiency is very low and so on.On the basis of the virtual reality technology,the cost of training with the actual system can be reduced by using software technology and platform to provide a realistic service environment for trainees.Therefore,the research content of this paper is to design and develop turbine virtual training training assessment expert system.First of all,this article formulates a set of steam turbine maintenance process suitable for virtual maintenance and restores the actual maintenance process of the steam turbine as much as possible according to the current capacity of virtual maintenance technology.Secondly,this paper designs the functional structure of the steam turbine virtual inspection training appraisal expert system,and expounds each part of the function in detail.Then the development tools are selected according to the realization of each function,and the system is finally selected by using 3DS Max,VR-engine and PostgreSQL.Finally,this paper presents the development process of virtual maintenance system,and then uses 3DS Max to make and complete the three-dimensional modeling of steam turbine body,maintenance tools and overhaul environment.The VR-engine is used to realize the interactive function of steam turbine overhaul and the system server is set up.Finally developed a steam turbine virtual inspection training and evaluation expert system.
