As an important energy conversion equipment in the national economic and social development,industrial boilers play a very important role in China's industrial development and daily life of residents.The characteristics of industrial boilers are:small volume and wide distribution.They are widely used in various fields,such as chemical industry,building materials,ceramics,textile,medicine and so on,which are closely related to our daily life,providing power and heat source for daily life and production.At present,there are about 470,000 coal-fired industrial boilers in China,and the output of steam?hot water?accounts for more than 60%of the total output of industrial boilers.The standard coal consumed per year is about 4 million tons,accounting for about20%[1]of the total coal consumption in the country.Because of the design,installation and operation of industrial boilers in China,the efficiency of the boiler is not high,which is far from the design efficiency.Most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China use the chain grate as the main industrial boiler,and the thermal efficiency in the actual operation is generally lower than the advanced level of 15%in the European and American countries[3].Aiming at the above problems,the following research is carried out.First,the principle of the test method for the energy efficiency of the industrial boiler is expounded,and the operation data of the typical industrial boiler are investigated on the spot.Then,the main influencing factors of the energy efficiency of the industrial boiler were identified by using the method of fault tree analysis?FTA?and principal component analysis?PCA?,and based on that,the direction and relative measures for energy saving transformation of the boiler system were determined.Finally,the measurement verification method of energy before and after the renovation of industrial boilers is expounded,including three kinds of direct calculation method and regression analysis based on the"energy baseline model"calculation method,and analyzed by SPSS software,to complete the energy saving boiler system case calculation.Based on the research content mentioned above,the relevant contents of the standard for the industrial boiler system for energy saving measurement and verification are preliminarily completed.
