China's civil aviation industry is booming and is expected to surpass the United States as the world's largest civil aviation market by 2037.Civil aviation companies are facing fierce competition and strong demand for high-quality flight attendants, while the aviation service talents trained by secondary vocational education and highervocational college education can not fully meet the requirements of the times. Many domestic undergraduate colleges and universities conform to the trend of the times andcarry out undergraduate "aviation service and management" education, but it is still in the exploratory stage and has not formed a unified education system. Therefore,it is necessary to compare secondary vocational, vocational and undergraduate education in order to clarify the characteristics of all levels of education and provide reference for improving the aviation service education system in China. This paper makes a comparative analysis of aviation service and higher education in secondary vocational schools from three aspects: specialty setting, personnel training and curriculum teaching and put forward the application strategy of aviation service specialty in personnel training and curriculum in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,it defines the concepts of "specialty" and "specialty setting",analyses and compares the general standards of specialty setting at different educational levels, and compares and analyses the current situation of specialty setting in China.Secondly,at the macro level,it makes a comparative analysis of talent training at different educational levels, from training objectives, curriculum setting, talent training specifications and qualification standards, employment, respectively. Then,at the micro level, taking the course of "Air Transport Geography" as an example, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the course teaching from the teaching materials, teaching contents and teaching methods, and makes the teaching design of "Route and Route Network".Finally, from two aspects of personnel training and curriculum teaching, the application strategy of aviation service specialty in secondary vocational schools is put forward. The research shows that: firstly, the professional settings of secondary vocational andvocational colleges are clear, the undergraduate majors are diversified, and the aircrew service direction is mostly set up in art or management majors, and this form ofsettings is gradually abolished, and there is a tendency to focus on training in management direction.Secondly, secondary vocational schools should cultivate junior and intermediate aviation service personnel with initial professional competence, junior vocational colleges should cultivate middle and senior aviation service personnel with professional competence. The curriculum is based on post groups;undergraduates should cultivate highquality aviation service and management personnel with innovative and managerial competence, the curriculum is based on disciplines.Thirdly, the teaching content of secondary vocational school emphasizes practice, mainly declarative knowledge, and mostly adopt role-playing method and situational teaching method;the teaching content of Higher Vocational College emphasizes theory and practice, and mostly adopts case teaching method and situational teaching method to organize teaching;the undergraduate teaching content emphasizes theory, procedural knowledge, conceptual and theoretical knowledge understanding and mastery, and exploration teaching method. The innovation of this paper lies in: comparing the aviation service education of secondary vocational school with that of Higher Vocational College and undergraduate course, pointing out the differences between different levels of education in specialty setting, personnel training and course teaching;focusing on the management direction of undergraduate aviation service and management education.giving examples of teaching content design of "Air Transport Geography" and defining different education. The differences in teaching level are related to the actual teaching.
