China's aviation service professional education has provided a large number of aviation service talents for the aviation industry,and promoted the development of domestic and foreign aviation industry.However,at the present,the setting of aviation service education major in secondary vocational schools in China is rather miscellaneous,the training of talents is not clear,and the teaching mode is single,which leads to the fact that the graduates of aviation service major can not meet the needs of the aviation industry.Undergraduate education,which plays a leading role in secondary vocational education,is not an independent enrollment specialty.This directly affects the cognitive confusion of aviation service specialty education in secondary vocational education.The professional education of aviation service in secondary vocational schools in China urgently needs to be standardized.The aviation service education in some foreign countries has formed a relatively mature training system,which has provided a large number of aviation service talents for the aviation industry,and has been widely recognized by the society.Among these countries,especially in Korea,a multi-level aviation service education system has been established from vocational,vocational and undergraduate education,in which vocational and undergraduated education has played a very good leading role in the construction of aviation service specialty in Vocational and technical colleges.This paper takes Korea as an example,through the comparison of aviation service professional education between secondary vocational school and vocational college,secondary vocational school and undergraduate college,studies and analyses the characteristics of aviation professional construction in secondary vocational school,and draws useful elements from it.On the basis of in-depth study of Korean secondary vocational course teaching,it provides reference experience for aviation service professional education and curriculum teaching in secondary vocational school in China.This paper studies Korean secondary vocational aviation service education from three aspects: professional setting,personnel training and curriculum teaching.The current situation of Korean secondary vocational aviation service education at three levels of vocational,vocational and undergraduate courses is illustrated in terms of professional setting,and acomparative analysis is made,from which the characteristics of secondary vocational aviation service professional setting are drawn.This paper makes a comparative study of aviation service education between secondary vocational and vocational colleges,secondary vocational and undergraduate from four aspects: curriculum system,training methods and professional employment.Taking Sightseeing Geography as an example,the teaching aims,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching activities and teaching evaluation are discussed in depth.Finally,through the systematic analysis of Korean aviation service professional education,some suggestions are put forward for the construction of aviation service professional in secondary vocational schools in China.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The setting of "aviation service" specialty in Korean secondary vocational education is more reasonable,which is in line with the discipline foundation of aviation service specialty,the professional foundation of aviation service and the talent structure foundation of Vocational stage.(2)The training objective of aviation service specialty in Korean secondary vocational schools emphasizes that students have basic aviation service knowledge,can skillfully and normatively complete aviation service tasks,and have the ability to deal with general aviation service problems.The curriculum basically meets the requirements of basic knowledge,basic skills and basic abilities of aviation service posts,and forms an orderly and follow-up knowledge structure for personnel training.In terms of methods,Korean secondary vocational education has three main forms: one is to study theoretical courses in schools for the first two years,the other is to practice specially for the second year,the other is to study cultural courses for three years in senior high schools,the last is to cooperate with specialized universities for vocational high schools.After two years of theoretical basic study in vocational high schools,students are promoted to specialized universities to further their studies.Secondary vocational students are mainly engaged in air ticketing,airport security inspection,Airport VIP room service and other work.(3)In the teaching of Sightseeing Geography,the teaching objectives of aviation service specialty in secondary vocational education lay stress on students' understanding of basic knowledge;the teaching content has relatively stable and independent logical system,and the knowledge structure is relatively close;the teaching methods are diverse,includingteaching methods,intuitive display methods,case teaching methods,situational simulation methods and discussion methods;and the teaching evaluation methods are various.There are two forms of teaching activities: classroom activities and extracurricular travel.Through the establishment of a "student life record book",the school evaluates students in multiple ways in teaching.(4)On the basis of learning from Korean aviation service professional education in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of aviation service professional in secondary vocational schools in China:clarifying the training objectives of aviation service professional personnel,optimizing the curriculum system,innovating school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening employment guidance for students,and improving the teaching level of aviation service professional courses from various aspects.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: taking Korean secondary vocational aviation service specialty as the research object,comparing it with specialized vocational education and undergraduate education,and on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the teaching of Sightseeing Geography in secondary vocational schools,systematically studying the characteristics of Korean secondary vocational aviation service specialty construction;putting forward some feasible suggestions for Chinese secondary vocational aviation service professionals.Developing new ideas and methods in the teaching of training and its courses.
