As an important tool for urban road sanitation,the road sweeper has been widely used in urban roads and large public places.For the past few years,with the rapid development of national economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,people's quality of life has been generally improved.In the meanwhile,the requirement for environmental quality has been gradually increased.To improve the urban environment quality,local environmental protection departments are increasing the city sanitation funds.Extensive efforts have been carried out on the further improvement of the development of automatic cleaning.Nowadays the road sweeper has been widely used in urban roads and large public places.In such circumstances,the sweeping and suction sweeper become the main product in the market by virtue of its good cleaning and dust cleaning performance.This article focuses on the pneumatic conveying system of the sweeping and suction sweeper.The pneumatic conveying system of the sweeping and suction sweeper is composed of a suction nozzle,a blower,a garbage box and other key components,these key components are the core design of pneumatic conveying system,and the performance of these key components has a decisive effect on the performance of the vehicle.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the influence of the performance of the pneumatic conveying system,the model of pneumatic conveying system was established by using UG 3D modeling software;Then using the finite element analysis software Hypermesh to analyse the strength of the garbage box under different working conditions and then optimize the size of garbage box.In addition,to improve the driving comfort of road sweeper,the modal analysis of the garbage box is carried out to verify the size optimization design of rationality,and also to avoid the resonance phenomenon when the vehicle is working.Finally,the fluid simulation analysis is carried out to the suction nozzle in pneumatic conveying system,and then get its internal velocity vector distribution map.According to the simulation results,the internal structure of the nozzle will be changed to enhance the suction capacity and sweep efficiency of the road sweeper.
