Pneumatic conveying means transforming the solid particles with the gas power, which is widely used in the electric, chemical, food processing, iron and steel, metallurgy engineering, mechanical manufacturing etc. The pneumatic conveying is related several aspects and has a great significance to the industry. In this paper, the emulation model, finite element analysis and experiment are used to study the important ports in the pneumatic system.For the convening belongs to gas-solids two phase flow, the flow form is very complex. So firstly this text analyses the fluidity of solids, and experience formulas about some important factors in two phase flow are put forward, like thickness, density and viscosity of the two phase flow. Then the text introduced some characteristics as diameter of the grain, density and shapes which influent the mechanism of conveying. The relationships between these characteristics and pneumatic conveying system are also analyzed. In addition, the text puts forward the dynamic equation about the solids in flow, investigates some vital parameters of velocity in conveying, and gets the experience formula about the length of accelerating zone. Finally, regarding to the question of equipment abrasion, which is inevitable in actual use of pneumatic conveying, this text takes 2-way SK valve and Pressure vessel as example, synthetically uses the great solid and surface modeling function of Pro/E to model, assemble and motion simulator of key parts, together with strong finite element analysis of ANSYS, uses two different ways to do finite element analysis of the key part, optimizes part's structure size and parameter of pneumatic conveying system, which could directly observe the analytic result as well. This not only simplified the work process, reduced the computation load, moreover enhanced the computation precision.
