Talent is the key element of strategy.Training is not only an important part of human resource management,but also a major path to improve educational level of employee.Under the new developing situation and strategic requirement of S Machinery Factory,in order to boost the efficiency of training worker,achieve the prospective purpose,meet the need of educational level of employees that the company required,promote the level of training management work,employee training evaluate is especially important.Based on the staff training status quo of S Machinery Factory relevant literature,"Four level evaluation model" was used by comparing with the existing training evaluation literature to establish an evaluation system from four aspects of reaction level,learning level,behavioral level and the results level.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate employees' training effectiveness of S Machinery Factory.The results showed that: S Machinery factory staff training effect was not good.Then problems and the causes which exist of S Machinery Factory training system were analyzed.At last,training consciousness cultivation,training culture establishment,training mechanism establishment and incentive system build was proposed to improve the effect of S Machinery Factory training.
