Biomass pyrolysis technology is one of the most promising biomass energy conversion technologies.The mobile biomass rapid pyrolysis equipment can directly penetrate into the biomass-intensive areas for production operations,and has a good development prospect.As one of the key devices of biomass pyrolysis equipment,the feeder reliability directly affects the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment.Due to the complexity of the gas-solid two-phase flow pattern during the pneumatic conveying process of biomass particles,the instability and regulation of the feed process is difficult to become a difficult point in the design of the pneumatic conveying feeder.This research relies on the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission's "Landscape Waste Mobile Refining Equipment and High-value Utilization Technology R&D and Demonstration Application" project,which studies the biomass rapid pyrolysis pneumatic conveying technology.The main work is as follows:(1)At the test site,the BL-MPS-2 mobile biomass rapid pyrolysis equipment and the double-cylinder continuous pneumatic conveying feeder were debugged,and the equipment was produced.The working condition of the feeder was analyzed and the existing problems of the feeder were found.(2)The improvement of the fluctuation of the feeding process of the double-cylinder continuous continuous pneumatic conveying feeder and the short continuous operation time are improved.The conical fluidized bed pulse pneumatic conveying feeder is designed.The structure is simple and novel.The non-condensable gas generated by pyrolysis is used as the gas source to make the material loose and transport,and the work is convenient.At the same time,the automatic control scheme of the feeding process is proposed.(3)Complete the processing of various components of the conical fluidized bed pulse pneumatic conveying feeder,build a test bench,and explore its feed characteristics through experiments to determine its adaptability to BL-MPS-2 mobile biomass rapid heat.Solve the optimal operating parameters of the equipment feed.
