At present,China's economy is developing rapidly,and the scale and energy consumption of buildings are also increasing sharply.Among them,the electrical energy consumption of low-voltage power distribution accounts for about 30%of the total energy consumption,and due to the general lack of attention to the electrical energy conservation of power distribution systems,Power is wasted,and many high-energy building electrical systems are also used in building construction.For building construction,it includes a lot of electrical equipment,which involves transformers and some related residential equipment,such as temperature-adjusting air-conditioning units,elevators on the upper and lower floors,etc.The proportion of total electric energy is very large,so building electrical energy conservation will inevitably become the focus of building energy conservation.This paper mainly focuses on energy saving of distribution lines,energy saving of transformers,energy saving of lighting,energy saving of distributed power distribution systems,and technology based on energy consumption.Economic analysis,put forward specific measures for energy conservation.Firstly,the paper designs a reasonable pipeline energy-saving engineering system,including the determination of grid voltage level,load center,load calculation,power factor and energy saving.It also analyzes the energy-saving process technology and electrical equipment selection.Secondly,it is on a certain roundabout in Hainan Province.The general situation of the network gas pipeline project was introduced,including normal production and life management activities,energy consumption indicators and energy conservation measures.Then,the energy-saving indicators of long-distance pipeline engineering substation system were constructed,and theoretical analysis was carried out by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.And the calculation method is combined and analyzed,and an energy-saving index system is constructed for the energy-saving,lighting energy-saving,transformer energy-saving and distributed power distribution system of a gas transmission pipeline project in Hainan Province,and the overall evaluation index system is constructed.In order to design and realize the energy-saving project;finally,the paper analyzes the index of the gas pipeline project of a ring road network in Hainan Province,and determines the weight of each index and the degree of membership of the evaluation index.The gas pipeline engineering design project is realized as it is good.The results of the thesis show that through the energy-saving design of the distribution system,the energy-saving effect of the gas pipeline project in a ring road network in Hainan Province has indeed achieved energy saving,saving investment and improving economic benefits.In the initial stage of the project,the investment in energy-saving measures is in exchange for the long-lasting energy-saving effect during the operation of the project.The longer the running time,the more obvious the energy-saving effect.
