With growing energy crisis, the awareness of energy saving and environmental protection has gone deep in the hearts of people, and it has become a hotspot in the world that how to apply energy saving technology to reduce the building energy consumption. In China the building consumption is increasing and electric lighting is a higher energy-consuming project in civil construction. Therefore, how to formulate lighting power saving design with lighting energy saving technology is significant for the work of energy saving and emission reduction that.Form the perspective of building lighting design, this article analyzes the lighting energy saving technology in civil construction. The main contents include the following aspects:1. Discuss the basic theory about electric lighting: introduce the common measurement of light associated with electric lighting and present the evaluation index of lighting quality, which is the premise of studying energy conservation of building lighting; analyze the characteristics of electric light and luminaries as well as their applicable place,and discuss the calculation process and application of usual methods of illuminance calculation, hoping that the designers make scientific arrangement of lighting equipment with correct calculate method; introduce the evaluating index of energy-saving lighting,the lighting power density has been highly accepted and used all around the world. In addition, light utilization as a new concept could provide a new direction for lighting energy saving; finally in-depth analyze the power factor and harmonic content on the influence of the distribution system as well as the improvement measures.2. Study on lighting energy saving technology of civil construction in focus, and through the analysis of energy consumption of lighting system, effective energy saving measures are put forward revolving around three aspects, including:(1) from the perspective of reducing power equipment installation, the lighting power density could be reduced by reasonable selection of illuminator equipment and improving the coefficients of illuminance calculation;(2)from the perspective of reducing operation time of equipment, light utilization could be increased by reasonably using of natural light and formulating scientific control strategy;(3)from the perspective of optimizing power distribution system, the energy loss of transmission lines could be reduced by rational layout of the distribution circuit, improvement of system power factor and restraints of harmonic. In conclusion, a series of effective measures are put forward to realize the illumination energy conservation among the process of building electric lighting design, and the applicability and energy-saving effect of them are analyzed.3.Taking the electrical lighting design in the underground garage as a case, appropriate energy saving measures are adopted basing on the research above. Through the modeling and simulation by DIALux software and the analysis of energy saving effect, the perfect and reasonable lighting power saving design are presented and the feasibility and validity of the proposed lighting energy saving technology is validated.
