Biomass charcoal has high energy density,strong suction force,the advantages of large porosity,compared to the biomass,biomass of coke removed extensively oxygen and volatile,and using it as raw materials,can get high quality prod ucts,and in the process of biomass carbon preparation,tar and other impurities are removed a lot of,to avoid the problems in the biomass thermal conversion.Kinetic calculation of biomass carbon gasification and combustion can obtain the kinetic parameters of the reaction process,and describe the gasification and combustion process of biomass carbon from the perspective of dynamics.For this,this article selects the corn straw as raw materials for the experiment,the phase interface reaction kinetics model of carbon in different system,experimental atmosphere temperature,reaction temperature and adding different catalyst?Fe2O3,Na2CO3 and CaO?after corn straw briquette coke as the influence factors of the investigation of these factors on char particle gasification and combustion,conversion rate,reaction series,referring to former factor and the influence of the activation energy.?1?To corn stalk powder,TG and DTG analysis it is concluded that in around 400?maize straw condensable gas has most of the precipitation,so choose two temperature450?and 800?for the preparation of biomass carbon.XRD analysis was carried out on the carbon particles,it is concluded that under the 800?Fe base-reduction of catalyst morphology of the carbon particles of Fe3O4,Na2CO3 and CaO attached well within the carbon particles.?2?The system temperature is 450?carbon particle gasification and combustion kinetics experiments,it is concluded that under the experimental temperature,gasification reaction rate is proportional to the temperature,in accordance with Arrhenius theorem.Under the 950?,the reaction rate for the pure oxygen combustion>steam gasification>CO2 gasification>air combustion.In the first stage,all carbon particles in the four atmospheres have a 1/4 order reaction,and the second stage has a 1/2 order reaction,indicating that the carbon particles in the second stage have a uniform shrinkage state of a cylinder,which conforms to the phase interface reaction model theory.The system temperature is 800?biomass carbon particles in steam gasification experiment,carbon particles steam gasification for the first order reaction model are obtained.?3?The influence of catalysts on the gasification and combustion kinetics of carbon particles was discussed.The reaction rate law of Fe2O3 and CaO was the same as that of carbon particles without additives,and the reaction rate law of Na2CO3 was pure oxygen combustion>steam gasification?air combustion>CO2 gasification.450?carbon particles Na2CO3 catalytic CO2 gasification and CaO catalytic steam gasification of the entire process for a third order reaction.The rest is a quarter-order reaction in the first stage.In the second stage of the reaction,CaO catalyzed CO2 gasification into a third-order reaction,Fe2O3 catalyzed steam gasification into a first-order reaction,Na2CO3 catalyzed pure oxygen combustion into a quarter-order reaction,and the rest were all one-half order reactions.Na2CO3 catalysis under 800?biomass carbon vapor gasification for the first order reaction,reaction with 800?without adding carbon particles form is the same,and CaO catalytic carbon particles?800??for a third level in the steam gasification reaction,reaction with 450?carbon particles form is the same.
