Development Of L-CNG Gas Station Operation Simulation System

At present,L-CNG gas station has entered into a rapid development stage.As natural gas is inflammable and explosive and has low temperature characteristic,the operation process of each working condition at the gas station tends to be high-intensity and specialized.Any operation error will lead to a tragic accident.As a result,college students will lose the internship opportunity of on-site operation,or be even unable to enter the site to visit,which makes the university students majoring in oil and gas storage and transportation in China seriously lack of practical training resources.It can be seen that it's necessary to develop an operation simulation system with L-CNG gas station process and training function of its key equipment.It has become an effective way to improve the training efficiency of relevant staff in the gas station and the quality of practical training and teaching in colleges and universities.In this paper,L-CNG gas station is taken as the development object.Through the analysis and research of the process and equipment in the station,the simulation system is divided into two parts: two-dimensional operating system and three-dimensional operating system.The function modules of the two-dimensional operating system are divided into basic knowledge,training and assessment.The basic knowledge module introduces the process flow,equipment working principle,structure and operation procedures,accident emergency plan of L-CNG gas station in detail,and is equipped with corresponding animation demonstration,which is convenient for trainees to quickly grasp the relevant knowledge of L-CNG gas station.The training module presents the process learned by the basic knowledge again,which can beoperated by the trainees.It can monitor real-time data and generate historical trend change curves,and can carry out repeated exercises.The assessment module is combined with the relational database SQL Server 2008 to realize the assessment function.The module will assess and evaluate the trainees' mastery of the L-CNG gas station process operation,and the assessment results will be saved in the database.The three-dimensional operating system provides a site environment that is completely consistent with the actual L-CNG gas station.Trainees can control the staff to carry out key process operations in the three-dimensional environment,and they can learn and master the process and key equipment of the gas station more profoundly.The development platform of the system adopts Force Control 7.1 and Unity3 D,uses VB and C# as the development languages,through the steps of creating system interfaces,defining I/O devices,establishing and connecting real-time databases,animation connections,script compilation,building 3D models,rendering and coloring,action compilation to develop the L-CNG gas station operation simulation system.This set of operation simulation system combines the actual production with computer simulation technology,which can demonstrate and operate the process and key equipment of L-CNG gas station.The process flow of L-CNG gas station,providing a vivid safe and reliable teaching and practice place for the relevant staff of L-CNG gas station and college students can quickly be mastered by the trainees,which greatly improves the training efficiency of staff and the teaching quality of college practical training.
