As a key link of power transmission in power system,substation is safe and stable to maintain the stability of the power grid and ensure reliable power supply.The training for the operation and maintenance personnel can not complete the actual operation test through the running system or equipment,and will not deliberately set the fault for the students to observe and learn.However,the existing substation simulation training system has fewer fault simulations and less on-site experience.The problem of low student experience is to propose a research program for immersive virtual simulation system of substation electrical main system,in which:(1)Taking the improvement of training efficiency as the starting point,combined with the research status at home and abroad,analyze the electrical main wiring diagram of a 110 kV anti-buck substation in a city,a common fault type and three-dimensional modeling technology,model simplification technology and texture in system research.Key technologies such as mapping technology and virtual reality technology.Identify the system function requirements,propose the system design goals,the overall design architecture and the functional modules that the system initially implements,and at the same time formulate the system development technology route.(2)Using the baking to texture technology of 3ds Max 3D modeling software to create a 3D model of substation electrical equipment;in the model simplification,a simplified cost based on QEM(quadric error metric)folding cost improvement is adopted to ensure the model details.The feature details of the model are preserved in many places.A mesh local optimization algorithm is proposed.The triangle mesh with low quality is optimized based on the details of the model to achieve the purpose of eliminating the deformed triangle mesh,increasing the realism of the model and reducing The system occupies computer memory resources and improves system fluency.(3)Using HTC Vive virtual reality equipment and Unity 3D virtual reality engine platform,propose the interaction design and immersive design process of substation electrical equipment,and realize immersive scene roaming,virtual interaction and fault handling functions.The system is released after testing and completed.Development of immersive virtual simulation system for substation electrical main system.Research on immersive virtual simulation system of substation electrical main system,creating a virtual reality with rich immersion and rich interactive scenarios,providing excellent experience for substation operation and maintenance personnel and stimulating their interest in learning,thus improving the quality of training for operation and maintenance personnel.It has a high practical significance.
