As one of the main building types for urban renewal and development,the construction volume of commercial complex has been increasing in recent years.Its comprehensiveness and urbanity determine the unique spatial characteristics of the interior of the building.Large volume,large passenger flow and large area of continuous space require a lot of ventilation and ventilation in the interior of the building.Compared with the dense commercial space,there is a large proportion of circulation and open public space in the commercial complex.The "greenhouse effect" and "chimney effect" are easy to occur in the lobbies,atriums,halls and other space shared by large and large,and the effect of the setting of skylights on the heat distribution is more obvious.They improve the thermal environment of the space by helping to "capture" more direct solar radiation and promoting thermal ventilation to "guide" the discharge of indoor heat.However,because these two effects are one-way effects,in Solving Ventilation and heat dissipation problems at the same time will cause the contradiction between winter heating demand and its situation.The purpose of this paper is to study how to meet the demand of heat dissipation in summer and heating in winter by optimizing space without using adjustable measures,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving.The space scale factors of building area and floor height are generally determined by development,function and norm,and the change of space form is an important link of energy saving in architectural design.Through in-depth analysis of the relationship between the shape change of high and large shared space and energy consumption in different levels of commercial complex,an effective strategy of space shape optimization is put forward,which can moderately reduce the energy consumption generated by equipment adjustment under the requirements of indoor thermal comfort conditions.In view of the research on energy consumption of thermal environment in China,the optimization strategies of heating in winter and cooling in summer are put forward respectively.Because the objectives of heating and cooling are opposite,it is often difficult to give consideration to both.Therefore,in the early stage,it has great potential and practical significance to reduce the comprehensive thermal energy consumption and improve the green performance of buildings by optimizing the spatial morphology.In this paper,the commercial space part of commercial complex building is the main research object.Firstly,the scale and shape characteristics data of 35 commercial complexes in China are collected and sorted out and tabulated.The most representative data are compared and analyzed as parameters of energy consumption simulation model,including building volume,public space form,atrium area and plane profile form.Secondly,on the premise of understanding the impact of scale factors on energy consumption,the relationship between spatial form and energy consumption is further explored at different levels.The energy consumption simulation is carried out by classifying the abstract and simplified models,and the increasing and decreasing trends and multiples of heating,refrigeration and total energy consumption are compared.Then,according to the thermal process principle of heating and cooling,sensitive elements are gradually stripped off,and the high and large shared space form with the best comprehensive performance and its combination mode are compared.Finally,it summarizes the influence rule and intensity grade of each level spatial form on energy consumption,chooses the suitable form selection and combination interval which is beneficial to reducing total energy consumption,puts forward the corresponding energy-saving optimization strategy,and designs the generic case.Based on the research of data collation and typification of commercial spatial characteristics of commercial complexes,from the perspective of improving green performance of buildings,this paper explores the relationship between spatial form and energy consumption and the selection of suitable form based on synthesis,using the method of software simulation and theoretical summary,combining the thermodynamic principles of "greenhouse effect" and "chimney effect".Performance-based optimization strategy of energy-saving spatial form of commercial complexes is expected to provide some reference and guidance for the design of new commercial complexes.
