Ranks third in China’s total energy consumption, building energy consumption accounts for about a third. Air conditioning system energy consumption of building energy consumption accounts for40%~60%. Commercial building complex is an typical high energy consumption, at present construction of this type of architecture in the first-tier cities or even two or three line city is very active. Therefore, in order to make building energy consumption in China reach the standard of developed countries early, it is imperative to make a study of energy saving technology of air conditioning energy consumption in commercial building complex. The paper took commercial building complex in hot summer and cold winter Zone as study object, focused on the energy consumption of air conditioning system and studied the effect of using of some air-conditioning energy saving technology in this type of construction.First of all, hot summer and cold winter zone is divided into five areas according to the climate characteristics. The thesis study one city in every area as the representative,investigate several completed typical commercial building complexes and make investigation and then analysis on their energy consumption composition, ac system energy consumption,selection and use efficiency of equipment and indoor comfort degree.The second, the author selected a commercial building complex in Wuhan City and simulated the energy consumption by the energy simulation software DeST. And then, the simulated results were compared with the observed data. Based on the investigation, the investigated conditioning system is applied to the model. By the output of energy consumption data, some relevant analysis is made. In order to analyze the energy consumption of air conditioning system in whole hot summer and cold winter zone, the author applied the model into the cities in several other areas, and made the same simulation analysis.The third, based on the simulated results and investigated data, the author use the thought of central air conditioning heating/cooling source to reduce the initial investment cost and improve the utilization rate of equipment. The thesis also put forward some possible problems about this technology and tried to find solution to them.At last, the paper looks for energy saving technology used in air condition system, including the large-temperature difference air-conditioning system, variable air volume system, air-to-air energy recovery, excessive season tower free cooling. And the feasibility of the selected saving technology is provided through simulation and comparison.
