Biomass energy is one of the effective alternatives to fossil fuels.Biomass pyrolysis technology is the most concerned technology in biomass utilization technology.Three products of biomass gas, biomass carbon and biomass condensate can be obtained by pyrolysis technology,in which biomass gas can be used for power generation and heating, and biomass carbon can be used to improve the quality of soil. The composition of the biomass condensate is complex and almost includes all kinds of oxygen-containing organic compounds. These organic compounds are important products in the chemical industry. Therefore,it is very important to separate and purify condensate. However, there is a lot of water restricting compounds in condensate and the difficulty of effective utilization of organic compounds is increased.According to the principle of different boiling points of different substances in biomass condensate and the principle of different dew point in biomass pyrolysis gas,the two condensate products of slow pyrolysis and constant speed pyrolysis were graded and distilled, and the pyrolysis gas of biomass was graded and condensed, and the enrichment law of condensate and biomass thermolysis was investigated by experiments. In order to explore the conditions of water enrichment under different conditions, the moisture in biomass condensate was removed.(1)This study selected cotton rod, corncob and reed as the research object, and explored the experimental conditions of the maximum biomass condensate yield in this experimental device. The effect of the three conditions of biomass, pyrolysis end temperature and nitrogen flow rate on biomass yield was investigated by the control variable method. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the maximum pyrolysis temperature of the plant were as follows: the final pyrolysis temperature was 500?,the raw material was selected and the nitrogen flow rate was 80 mL/min.(2)According to the principle of different boiling points of organic matter, two kinds of condensates of wood vinegar and tar were graded and distilled, and the characteristics of fractions at all levels were analyzed. The results showed that by analyzing the composition of tar and wood vinegar,it was found that the tar was mainly composed of phenols and a large number of large molecules above two carbon rings. The main components of wood vinegar were organic acids and some light components. There was water in both tar and wood vinegar. After fractionated distillation,it was found that the water content in the two condensates was mostly enriched in the distillate of the distillates at the 110? fraction of the distillate at the temperature of 95? centigrade. The water content in a certain fraction had been achieved, and the water content of the other fractions was low.(3)The characteristics of pyrolysis gas fractionation of biomass were studied.Based on the research contents of the first two chapters, the experiment was carried out according to the maximum pyrolysis conditions of the biomass pyrolysis liquid, and the thermal gas condensation temperature was set up by reference to the temperature section of the distillation. The thermodegas of cotton stalk biomass was classified by four stage condensing device. The condensation temperature of the plant was 250 ?,110 ?,95? and 20?.The results showed that the condensation of condensate had a certain regularity with the decrease of condensing temperature. In the condensate of four different temperatures, the maximum yield of condensate at 20? was 39.65%,and the water concentration of about 90% in the condensate was concentrated in the condensate of 95? and 20?,and at 20? the moisture content was the most. The condensate at 110? contains only 5.62% water content, and the condensate at 250? did not contain water basically.
