Coriander is annual herb that belongs to Umbelliferae.264 corianders were introduced.21 characters were measured.Physiology and biochemistry of different bolting coriander before and after bolting were studied.Pathogens were separated and identificated that made severe damage to antibolting corianders.Bactericide screening was done.Conclusions were as follows:(1)264 corianders were introduced.21 characters were measured and correlation and cluster analysis were made by SPSS 19.0.All germplasms could be divided into eight categories at the genetic distance 18.25.Most of germplasms in the same category were from different origin,growing characteristics and utilization were different in different category.Screening antibolting?high yield materials:Ames 18594?Ames18559?Ames19032?Ames20046?Ames20047;bolting resistant?high yield materials:COR182?COR186?CORI87?CORI136?CORI137?CORI138?CORI139?CORI140?CORI141;used as fruit coriander:Ames12777?CORI162?CORI172?CORI211?CORI345?CORI46?CORI59?CORI85;used as decorating plant:CORI272?COR133?CORI331?CORI42.These were edible before and after bolting:CORI112?CORI264?CORI272?CORI323?CORI33?CORI331?CORI42?CORI44?CORI54?CORI68.(2)The result of physiology and biochemistry of different bolting coriander before and after bolting shows that protein content?sugar content was lower before bolting than after bolting,but chlorophyll.According to the content of protein?sugar?cellulose determine result show,tender leaves of coriander of different bolting period can be edible after bolting;the root can be edible before bolting.Endogenous hormones were different significantly in coriander with different bolting time.The GA3?IAA content of antibolting coriander were lower before bolting,the ABA content was higher before bloting.The content of GA3 and IAA of easy bolting coriander was higher before bolting,the ABA content was lower before bloting.Because high ABA inhibited the production of GA3,then influenced production of IAA production,so it is difficult to bolt,but low ABA did not inhibit GA3 production after bolting.GA3 and IAA at high level promoted plant to bolt.The endogenous hormones were associated each other and regulated and controlled coriander bolting.Exogenous hormones GA3 20ppm and gradation harvest promote coriander bolting.(3)Through isolating and purificating the pathogen which causes coriander decay,19 isolates were isolated and purified.According to Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology(eighth edition)and 17 tests of physiology and biochemistry,13 isolates were Erwinia carotovora ssp.carotovora:E1(Ames24923)?E3(Ames24927)?E4(CORI107)?E6(CORI138)?E7(CORI139)?E8(CORI140)?E10(COR1147)?E11(CORI28)?E12(CORI289)?E13(CORI318)?E15(CORI42)?E18(PI664510)?E19(PI664512).Other isolates have to be identified by other tools:E2(Ames23624)?E5(CORI137)?E9(CORI142)?E14(CORI36)?E16(CORI82)?E17(CORI86).(4)According to bactericide screening,Streptomycin 72%?Benziothiazolinone 3%?Copper hydroxide 53.8%?Thiodiazole-copper 20%were effected to coriander soft rot.MIC of Streptomycin 72%is 0.031%.
