Allelopathy is a common phenomenon in nature.It is a way to transmit information and interact between plants.Through the study of allelopathy,we can give full play to the complementary relationship between biological and biological intercropping,which is beneficial to the establishment of reasonable and scientific mode of planting and management,and provide scientific guidance for the production of planting industry.In order to fully understand the effects of the chemical substances released by Cinnamomum migao to the ecological environment,it provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the compound management concept of mixed planting and interplanting of the Cinnamomum migao plantation and other plants,and the formulation of reasonable cultivation measures.This paper uses the Cinnamomum migao from Shuxiang,Luodian County,Cinnamomum migao artificial forest to study allelopathy.GC-MS(Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer)was used to detect the chemical constituents in the cortex,leaves,roots,rhizosphere soil and forest soil.The seed germination test of Liquidambar formosana and Amomum villosum was used to determine the biological activity of the aqueous extracts of different organs and soil.To predic the potential allelochemicals in Cinnamomum migao.Allelopathic effects of different water extracts from cortex,leaves,rhizosphere soil and forest soil of Cinnamomum migao on the seedlings of Liquidambar formosana and Amomum villosum were studied,to explore the possibility of establishing the complex operating system with Cinnamomum migao and Liquidambar formosana or Cinnamomum migao and Amomum villosum.The main results are as follows:1.(1)Through this experiment of organic solvents on the Cinnamomum migao pericarp,leaves and roots,rhizosphere soil and forest soil water extract extraction,and direct leaching of organic reagents in rhizosphere soil and forest soil,Identifid and successfully named 122 Cinnamomum migao compounds,that contains a large number of terpenes,phenolic acids and alkane compounds.Compound composition and content of several Cinnamomum migao identified materials were different.There were 45 compounds appraised from Cinnamomum migao peels water leaching solution,47 compounds appraised from Cinnamomum migao leaves water leaching solution,30 compounds appraised from Cinnamomum migao roots water leaching solution,21 compounds appraised from Cinnamomum migao rhizosphere soil water leaching solution.In addition,In the ethanol-ethyl acetate elution method identified 21 kinds of compounds in rhizosphere soil of Cinnamomum migao,and the methanol-ethyl acetate elution method identified 18 kinds of compounds in rhizosphere soil of Cinnamomum migao.The same method,in the ethanol-ethyl acetate elution method identified 21 kinds of compounds in fores soil of Cinnamomum migao,and in the methanol-ethyl acetate elution method identified 21 kinds of compounds in fores soil of Cinnamomum migao.The components have little difference bettwen rhizosphere soil and fores soil of Cinnamomum migao under the same extracting method.But the percentage of composition in Cinnamomum migao forest soil is generally higher than that in rhizosphere soil.Such as camphor,borneol,linalool,1,8-Cineole,4-Terpineol,(-)-.alpha.-Terpineol,?-Eudesmol,and so on,are all belong to terpenoids.And Palmitic acid,Methyl palmitate,Stearic acid,Methyl stearate,Vanillic acid,2-Hexadecanoyl glycerol,and so on,are all belong to phenolic acids.It also contains a large number of alkanes,such as Heptadecane,Pentacosane,Hexacosane,Heptacosane,Nonadecane,Tetracosane,and so on.Most of these substances have been proved to have allelopathic potential.(2)Compared with the similarity coefficient of Jaccard: By comparing the chemical components of the cortex and the leaves of the Cinnamomum migao the normalized percentage content is greater than the 1% component similarity coefficient,which in the same way,the chemical components of the leaves andthe leaves are not similar.When ethanol or methanol was extracted and ethyl acetate is eluted,the components of rhizosphere soil and forest soil components are relatively similar.In the chemical components of Cinnamomum migao,under the condition that the percentage of normalization is greater than 1% components,the similarity between the peel and the leaves of Cinnamomum migao,which between roots and rhizosphere soil is low.The similarity between leaves and roots isslightly higher(31.58%)and the similarity with the rhizosphere soil was low.The similarity between root and rhizosphere soil is the highest(33.33%).(3)The extracts from the cortex,leaves,roots,rhizosphere soil and forest soil all showed different degrees of inhibition on seeds of Liquidambar formosana and Amomum villosum.According to allelopathy,the order was peel > leaf > root > rhizosphere >forest soil.The results showed that there are allelopathic substances in different organs and soil of Cinnamomum migao,and the main inhibition is terpenoids.2.The allelopathy from the water extract of different organs and soil of Cinnamomum migao can promoted Liquidambar formosana seedling,and the intensity in turn is leaf > peel > rhizosphere soil > forest soil.Except that the rhizosphere soil water extract has an inhibitory effect on the physiological indexes of Liquidambar formosana,and the forest soil has inhibitory effect on soil enzyme activity of Liquidambar formosana,other treatments have a promoting effect.So,This shows that Cinnamomum migao plantation may be appropriate planting Liquidambar formosana seedlings.3.In different water extract of organs and soil Cinnamomum migao has different allelopathic comprehensive effect to Amomum villosum seedling.The water extract of Cinnamomum migao peel had a slight inhibitory effect on Amomum villosum seedlings.The different water extract of Cinnamomum migao leaves,rhizosphere soil and the forest soil all can promote Amomum villosum seedling.Therefore,allelopathic intensity is that the forest soil >the rhizosphere soil > the leaf > the peel.These 4 kinds of water immersion fluid inhibiting effect on plant physiological indexes were Amomum villosum.But the promoting effect on the growth and activity of soil enzyme forms of Amomum villosum.This shows that Cinnamomum migao plantation proper interplanting Amomum villosum seedlings,as long as the time to clean up the leaves in the forest can be excessive Cinnamomum migao drop.
