The Moringa Research Group of Guangxi South Asian Tropical Agricultural Science Research Institute observed the adaptability of Moringa in southwest Guangxi from the beginning of 2015.The group recorded the moringa's phenological period of sowing date,flowering stage,fruit filling stage and leaf growth period,And find out the law of cultivation techniques.The Moringa research Group conducted statistics and analysis on the botanical traits,agronomic traits and chemical characteristics of six gerbera germplasm resources in 2017:It was concluded that there were two groups of 6 Moringa germplasm resources by the using NTSYS-pc software to analyze 6 Moringa germplasm resources,The first group includes Hardii and S.serrata.In addition to the 14 morphological features shared by these two germplasm resources,Moringa,it has the common characteristics of stamens,seed shapes and stems.It explained that the two Moringa germplasm resources are genetically close.The second major group includes PKM1,PKM2,GNY3 and GNY4.PKM1,PKM2 from the same genus,with little genetic difference,belonging to the first subgroup of the second group.However,GNY 3 and GNY 4 belong to hybrid varieties,and the parents have the same source with small genetic difference.Through the comparative analysis of agronomic traits of 6 moringa germplasm resources,the cultivars suitable for leaf cultivation in southwestern Guangxi were PKM1 and PKM2,and the fruit cultivated cultivation model varieties were PKM1 and GNY 4 and PKM2.The HPLC analysis showed that the sample had three identical characteristic peaks,and the variation coefficient of the characteristic peak of the sample was lower,but the coefficient of variation of the peak area was larger,indicating that the chemical composition content was different.It was judged that the characteristic peak 1 was the rutin.The obtained peak data were clustered using NTSYS-pc software.The genetic similarity coefficient of Moringa germplasm resources samples varied from 0.04 to 0.14.There were differences,and the differences caused by the cultivation factors were eliminated.Hardii and M.sstenopetala The kinship is closer,and there is a big difference with the PKM1...
