Robinia pseudoacacia Linn.is native to the Appalachian Mt.And Ozank Mt.in the eastern United States.It is an important ecological afforestation tree species in China.In order to better improve the protection and effective utilization of excellent R.pseudoacacia germplasm resources,according to the requirements of the national germplasm resource platform for trees(including bamboo-vine flowers),this study investigated and analyzed the phenotypic traits of 38 R.pseudoacacia germplasm resources(including species and varieties)from the national fine breeding base in Daqingshan Mt.,and explored the degree and law of phenotypic variation.And on that basis,according to the national forestry industry standard‘Forest Germplasm Resources Generic Description Standard',the Specification and Data Standard for Describing the Germplasm Resources of R.pseudoacacia was compiled.The results of this study are of great significance for promoting the integration of locust germplasm resources in China,and regulating the collection,sorting,preservation,identification,evaluation,information and material sharing mechanism of locust germplasm resources.The main results were as follows:1.20 phenotypic traits including 11 phenotypic traits of reproductive organs(including 8flower characters and 3 fruit characters)and 9 of the characteristics of vegetative organs(leaves 8,branches 1)of 38 acacia germplasm resources were investigated.The phenotypic diversity was studied by analyzing coefficients of variation,correlation,principal components,and clustering.The results showed that the variation coefficients of the 20 traits ranged from12.61% to 133.8%,with an average value of 28.13%.The average variation coefficient of leaves was 33.33%,the average variation coefficient of flowers was 22.06%,and the average variation coefficient of fruit was 33.25%,indicating that the flower part of R.pseudoacacia had the highest stability,the leaf part had the lowest stability,and the fruit part had the intermediate stability,It shows that the reproductive organs of R.pseudoacacia are more stablethan the vegetative organs.Through the correlation analysis of phenotypes of different R.pseudoacacia varieties,it was found that there were not only significant correlations among leaf traits,flower traits and fruit traits,but also significant positive correlations between leaf traits and flower traits,and significant negative correlations between flower and pod traits,It shows correlation between vegetative organs and reproductive organs of R.pseudoacacia.In principal component analysis,the cumulative variance contributionrate of the first six components was 76.508%,could be used as the comprehensive indexes for leaf trait selection of R.pseudoacacia.The calyx tube length,compound leaf length,inflorescence length,lobular number,lobular width and flag lobe width is the main source of its shape variation.Cluster analysis showed when the Euclidean distance is 10 square,all materials can be divided into five groups,the first ? taxa in the determination of the middle period of 20 phenotypic traits of optimum comprehensive index;First ?taxa in the determination of 20 in the phenotypic traits of optimum comprehensive indicators.The above results provide theoretical basis for the conservation and utilization of valuable R.pseudoacacia resources in fei county,as well as for the improvement and breeding of leaf,flower and pod characters of R.pseudoacacia in the future.These results indicate that there are abundant variations in the phenotypes of different varieties of R.pseudoacacia.The analysis of phenotypic variation can not only provide a theoretical basis for the selection of excellent germplasm resources of R.pseudoacacia,but also improve the economic value of R.pseudoacacia and provide a basis for the protection and utilization of germplasm resources.2.According to the national forestry industry standard ‘Forest Germplasm Resources Generic Description Standard',86 phenotypic traits of 38 R.pseudoacacia germplasm resources were investigated as materials,and their morphological characteristics were observed,measured and recorded.Combined with the characteristics and research status of the germplasm resources of R.pseudoacacia,and based on the published description specifications and data standards of germplasm resources such as white elm and wild rose,compileed the Description Specification and Data Standard of R.pseudoacacia Germplasm Resources.It contents include: acacia and data standard of germplasm resource description for the principles and methods,acacia germplasm resource description short,acacia germplasm resources data standard of germplasm resource description,acacia germplasm resources dataquality control specification,data acquisition table,acacia acacia germplasm resources germplasm resources survey form,acacia germplasm resource utilization.The specification describes all the phenotypic traits about the vegetative and reproductive organs of R.pseudoacacia,and plays an important role in the genetic improvement and fine seed production of R.pseudoacacia.
