Doctor-patient relationship is the special medical treatment relationship between medical personnel and patients in the medical treatment process,which is the key in medical relationship.The high development of modern medicine has expanded this concept,and the medical staff has been expanded by the simple medical staff into the whole organization and personnel participating in medical activities;The "patient"also is expanded by the mere seekers of medicine for every social relationship associated with the patient.In recent years,our country’s medical institutions hardware level enhances unceasingly,medical technology have greater progress,but not the doctor-patient relationship with ease,but has the potential of the intensified,complaints disputes,seriously affected the social harmony.This 3A hospital established in the 1950s,is a medical treatment,teaching,scientific research,prevention,health care as one of the level of first-class comprehensive hospital,the current doctor-patient relationship of the hospitals generally in a state of harmony,the vast majority of the medical staff and patients to the hospital including service attitude,medical level,hardware facilities and the environment is comfortable,more satisfied,but there are still some doctor-patient contradiction exists.The paper takes a 3A hospital in Hangzhou as example,through the method of combining the theory with reality,it makes a survey about the present situation of this hospital.The paper is mainly divided into the following parts:the first part mainly introduces the doctor-patient research background,goal,meaning and the research method and innovation points of the paper.The second part introduces relevant theories of the patient-doctor relationship and present situation of domestic and overseas study.The third part takes harmony management theory,interpersonal relationship theory,risk management theory and customer relationship theory as demonstrations and studies and analyzes the doctor-patient relationship management of the hospital through designing questionnaire by referring to the ACSI model,and explores the shortage in the doctor-patient relationship and the cause.Finally,it proposes corresponding improvement measures and suggestion for the hospital and hopes that such suggestion could be of certain referential help to the doctor-patient relationship management of oher 3 A hospital in other areas of Hangzhou.
